I made an appointment to have my taxes done on March 27th. To my confusion they sent me home instead of doing the taxes with me there. They assured me they would “take care of it”. I called two weeks after I hadn’t heard any updates from them and they said they were “looking at them right now and would send the signature request soon”. I never received anything. Fast forward to today, tax cut off day, and they still haven’t finished my taxes. I called earlier worried they weren’t going to have them done in time before they close and again, they said they were looking at it right now only this time they said they would send the signature request in a couple minutes. It’s been hours since they told me that and they are now closed. And my taxes still haven’t been done. I’m really upset because if I owe taxes, I will face penalties for them not being filed on time. I also resent them lying to me giving me the run around. I’m a reasonable person, had they just been honest with me, we could have worked something out or I could have just had them done somewhere else. But I don’t know what’s going on or what to do. This may not seem like a big deal to some people, but this could put my family in a bad spot.

This is the third year with Liberty Tax preparing my tax return. I have never had a bad experience through this company. I opened a business in 2021 they have been excellent through every step. They know their taxes. Super pleased with their services. 10 out of 10 recommended. Hope this helps to encourage people to use their services.

Waited until April 15th to e-file my taxes. I brought them to her on March 25th. She waited until the deadline and now I don't have my taxes, and STILL they're "being delayed beyond the normal time frame". Would give no stars because she didn't tell she waited until the last day to do it.

Watch your bank account here they love to double charge you and then argue with you saying they didn’t when you’re bank has proof I am not the one that you think you can steal from good luck trying it’s not going to happen I wouldn’t give you any stars
