I arrived to a friendly person in a beautifully decorated and clean lobby. The wait was minimal, as I had an appointment and got in on time to be there!!! Cynthia Lymon, filled out my taxes. She was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable as she explained, asked just the right questions, and filled out my taxes. Everything was perfectly excellent. The fee was not nearly as high as I was expecting, and the peace of mind is worth every penny. I have been going to H & R Block for years and recommend them to everyone, as year before last, I had a small business, and Cynthia was very extremely knowledgeable and helpful then too. H & R Block is the way to go!!! Check out was fast, and I already have a date and time scheduled for next year as well.
