This location is beyond trash, 4 days prior to valentines day, no valentines flavors, during christmas no christmas flavors past Dec. 15th. If you order something they don’t want to make from doordash, guess what you’re not getting. Stale donuts, half the menu options they’re supposed to have. And even after reporting them to dunkin Corporate multiple times, nothing changes. I used to go to dunkin daily, now, due to this location, they’re my LAST choice. Buyers beware.

They were out of almost everything and when I confirmed the flavors they did have still in stock and asked for a variety of those, I was given a box completely different than what I asked for. They were stale and hard as if they were days old. A waste of time and money, I'm really disappointed.

I rarely go this location because of how bad the service typically is, but wanted to give it another shot since it has been a year or more since last visit. I run a business and know the demands and challenges. I waited at the order sign for almost 5 minutes before ordering, when I arrive at the window a young man pokes his head out of the window for a long pause, then tells me “pull over next to the white car” then leaves. Not a single word other than that, no explanation, just a demand. So I park and go inside to wait. Upon walking in I see a full staff scurrying about, coffee all over the floor by the drive through window, staff arguing, management seeming to care less rather than addressing the problem. The same young man sets my coffee on the counter and walks away, not speaking a word, not acknowledging my existence other than to place what I ordered in arms reach of me. This is such a bummer, I remember when this location was great. With a little bit of care from management and leadership, this place would run smooth and effective. I will surely not visit again and will urge the community to do the same until something changes. Maybe management can put a little effort into this place and better it.

Sat at the intercom for a bit saying hello hello almost drove off. When answered he was about as friendly as a,scarecrow. Asked for two different items and they were out. Ordered an old fashion donut and small coffee 4.48. Not worth it at all. That was the second time in going. First time quality of donuts is awful. Thought I would give it one more try. Sorry I won't be back!!

Most of the staff is rude, especially for drive thru. The first time I thought maybe that person was just having a bad day. Second and third time that’s not the case.

Quality of coffee is very inconsistent. Most times the coffee isn't even mixed and the mocha is settled at the bottom and the coloring is separating.

It's a Friday and we usually don't go out to grab a bite, but here we were. They slammed but the staff was friendly and helpful, cudos to them for that. Got the Boston Creams today, but wasn't much cream to brag about today, had to search around to find it. Guessing it was an off day for these as this was not the norm.

Getting someone's very simple order correct is the very least that you could do as a fast food employee, especially when the majority of the orders that you receive are threw the drive threw. I want to give fast food employees the benefit of the doubt and take the bag with the food in it and then just leave as you are supposed to do bit at this point columbia has some of the worst fast food employees I have ever seen. Reading an order and putting the correct food in a bag should be a very simple thing. I'm not sure if the education is just that bad in columbia or not but this seems to be an issue everywhere in columbia. Please DD hire employees that can do simple things correctly.

Completely rude at the window. Forgot a sandwich in the order. Told me to come back tomorrow to get a refund. I don't got time like that. So they're either stealing time or money from me.
