I love this particular location. I’ve gone to many different locations since I’m from michigan and I have to say, this is my favorite. They always make my coffee just right and the crew is very bubbly and kind.

Every time I come in here or the other on 31 same thing we don’t have any doughnuts…. Really a doughnut shop without doughnuts…. Lol. We need a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop in Columbia!

Let me start by saying I LOVE Dunkin. But today, y'all, it was bad. Busy drive thru, so I parked and went in. Then spent 20 minutes listening to the employees yell at each other while waiting for my coffee to be made (incorrectly and only 2/3 full). Worst part was, the yelling was coming from a manager. She was stressed because the people in the drive thru were being ugly because they wanted spider donuts. So she was reaming out a girl about not coming in early to make extra spider donuts. The other girl: late because her special needs kid got sick. Guess what?? Her sick is more important than your spider donuts Every. Single. Day. All. The. Time. Manager: pick a different/less stressful job or learn some compassion. Drive thru people: get over yourselves. No one needs a stupid spider donut that bad. I won't be back. Good thing there's a new coffee place opening soon.

Will not be going back to this place I went there today around 1:30 - 2:00 and ordered 2 donuts at the window the cashier was so rude and smart acting that I told her to just cancel my order with staff like that this place will never keep customers never again!!!

Went through the drive thru a few days ago. Sign on the side of the building advertises two pumpkin coffees and a pumpkin donut. Menu board also advertises it. Even their dumpster area is covered with signs advertising. I order one of the pumpkin iced coffees. Girl says what? I repeat myself to her responding oh, I don’t have anything pumpkin.

Not a family friendly establishment. We took our kids here for breakfast on a Sunday morning before church and we’re subjected to loud music containing F-words and other profanities. Unacceptable.

These are the rudest people I have ever come across. We had trouble with the drive thru window person who literally came out and yelled at us while we are reading the menu. When we told the manager of the issue she did nothing but said okay and if we needed something different we would need to go back through the line. Ridiculous place and we will never be back.

Consistently gets my order wrong every single time I've been there. If I order hot coffee, I get iced, if I order iced coffee, I get hot, never ever gives me the donuts I order.

First off, their drinks are always extremely bitter, and even when I ask for extra caramel, they still taste the same. Bad. So I went in to ask for a few more pumps of caramel, and the manager proceeded to yell at her staff telling them that they should not be giving out extra caramel. She was very rude to me and her workers, I don’t like this Dunkin’
