The food is good, and we don’t get to go to Dairy Queen much, so it’s like a little treat:) theTWO times we have been in the last month, I could not even get my favorite ice cream??? I love a banana split blizzard, time before this, they had no strawberries?!? Tonight we came to eat after the circus, and our son wanted a banana split. We were told NO bananas?!!!? I mean why are y’all in business if you can make the items on the menu?

This location is awful. I’m pregnant and wanted some ice cream. I pulled up to the speaker and there was no response for 5 minutes with cars lining up behind me. Eventually I said hello twice and nothing. So I pulled up to the window to which a woman opens it and looks at me. I told her I tried to order and she said “it’s shift change, there are 2 people in here. Pull around to order.” So I pull around to order, pull up to the window and wait another few minutes. She hands me the drink, says nothing, and slams the window. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and basically got a vanilla milkshake, there’s practically no fudge in the drink based on taste and color. This place is consistently bad but this really pushed me over the limit. There’s no reason to be so rude to someone and make a drink improperly. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered a double hamburger with bacon. Meat and bacon only. Came as a single with cheese but my 17 year old sister was too afraid of the manager who took her order to ask her to fix it. I can get over the wrong burger, i get it’s picky, but to have a 17 year old scared to ask for a mistake to be fixed as the manager. Unacceptable.

I called this location this past Tuesday night (6 separate times, because no one would answer the phone) and a middle aged woman picked up the phone and told me to hold. I said “no problem!” and kept silent and then she rudely said “HELLO?!”.. I said “Hi! Sorry, I was told to hold” and she replied with “Well sOrry, I’m trying to run a business and I have two employees here including myself, so yeah I have to put people on hold and I’m super busy”. I replied “Oh, I wasn’t being rude I just thought I needed to hold while you finished what you were doing”. ANWAYS- This woman was EXTREMELY rude to me on the phone and was very irritated she was even taking my order. I ordered an ice cream cake and she was being disrespectful the entire phone call and talking to me as if I’m unintelligent. She was very irritated that I asked her if they had green icing for the cake and she had to take a minute to check in the back. She told me she didn’t know if my cake could be made because the “cake lady” wasn’t coming in due to weather..? She never called me back to let me know the status of the cake being made. I called in to check mid-day Thursday and I talked to a very kind young man. He was very helpful and respectful and told me the cake was ready- I also told him I was treated badly by the woman on the phone and thanked him for his kindness. Thursday evening I went to pick up the cake. The lobby was closed when the sign said they were open until 10:00pm. I went through the drive-thru and unfortunately had to deal with the rude woman again at the window. She had zero personality and was still being disrespectful and just flat out mean. I forget her name, but she was African-American with pretty long hair. Hopefully this review gets to higher management and can put her in her place and give her training on how to treat customers. Also, the handwriting on my cake looks like a middle school student did it. No cursive, not even decorative scripture.. Super dissatisfied. DO BETTER!**I’ll add pics later

This was without a doubt the worst fast food experience I have encountered. The lady taking orders (wearing a black headband and jacket) was the most hateful and disrespectful person that could be picked to have customer interactions. 1st thing is I get company’s are constantly changing menu items but when I ask for something clearly on the screen and then continue to ask for 3 other items, there is zero reason to get an attitude and then proceed to be hateful towards me. The next thing that really made me make this review, is once I got to the window, the same lady was on the phone with a friend and was talking bad about an elderly customer. She continued to disrespect and be hateful because the man simply asked about a senior discount. If you are going to talk wrongly about a customer, at bare minimum wait until other customers aren’t present or matter of fact, Don’t do it all. I understand me not coming back will effect this establishment in no way, but I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone else. I genuinely felt bad for the other workers and customers that had to interact with this woman.

Asked for a choco extreme. There is only one item on the menu that says “extreme” and they gave us vanilla ice cream with some chocolate syrup in it. We called to complain and they just said they thought we wanted the hot chocolate extreme which DOES NOT EXIST, and even if we had ordered the hot chocolate blizzard, it comes with Oreos which we did not get anyway. WeThe manager gave us guff. Get right with your menu. This is not a problem anywhere else.

Ordered a backyard bacon ranch triple and got a double with pickles and ketchup. What are you guys doing? And took ten minutes to get the wrong food. Plz do better.

To bad Google will not allow to 0 stars since that is definitely what this DQ deserves. I was not able to go inside since the doors were locked. (This was @ 5:30pm on a Wednesday) I don't believe I have ever been so upset at a Dairy Queen. The staff was not polite nor do they care about the food they are serving. They definitely need to be trained correctly in customer service!

I came to the lobby to get some ice cream but doors were locked at 4:45pm. I drove around to the drive thru, the mic had a sign that said be patient there is only 1 person working. I asked if the lobby was closed? The person said “yes.” I asked when the lobby is usually open? The person said “no idea”. A different voice came thru the mic and said sorry about that it’s open. I said the doors are locked. He said he would open them. I drove around to the front. 3 employees are sitting in separate booths and only could see 1 person behind the counter working drive thru. This place is garbage. I’ll never be back ever again.

Wow!! This place needs some management in the worse way. 5 people were there and no one wanted to come take order. Finally after being rude a girl came and took order. Sad to see a business go down like this.

Horrible service. I pulled up to the drive thru board at 8:40 pm this evening. As soon as I pulled up, the lights and everything were turned off. I stayed for several minutes and no one answered. They just decided to close I guess. This has happened multiple times. So frustrating. Really wanted a blizzard!

I have tried to come to this location multiple times, 2 times they have been closed BEFORE their closing time & I just tried to go yesterday and had 3 separate orders but they wouldn’t let me place them and would only accept two through the drive thru but you can’t order inside because they are closed due to staffing issues…I’m done trying to eat here. Honestly they should just close this location, I can’t imagine they are even getting much service.

It took 22 minutes in the drive thru before we were greeted at the window finally (less than 5 cars). 10 minutes later we had our ice cream although the order was part wrong. Hangry kids.
