I enjoyed every class I participated in. I bought a 10 pass access and I only used 5 passes. After 3 months they canceled my passes and I am unable to get anyone on the phone to understand why? The experience was good but the business side needs improvement its the 21st century for christ sakes. Sad customer

Awesome space, Aaron is top-notch and he takes care of you! Muletown Coffee being available is the cherry on top. Even just having a day pass was well worth it!

This was our first visit to CAB (Columbia Arts Building) Cafe. The food was good, though the vegetarian menu didn't offer much for a Keto diet (on which I have lost 75 lbs in 10 months--thank you). Nonetheless, they modified the Eggs Benedict for me and added an extra egg. It was very tasty and equally attractive in its presentation as was the standard dish (see pictures). My wife and I had Muletown Coffee to drink, which is always good. The kids had grilled cheese and a waffle. They had no complaints other than the concealment of a tomato by a "saboteur" in my son's selected version of the grilled cheese (they have several--see menu pic). This my wife deftly removed with emergency sandwich surgery and his breathing returned to normal within a few minutes. There was a discernible 80s vibe with the bumping music that was playing. I don't know if that is a typical leitmotif in the music there, but it was fun to revisit Grandmaster Flash, Public Enemy, Ice-T, and L L Cool J for a trip back in time (how some of them ever became mainstream television actors remains a mystery to me to this day). The place is difficult to find and in an old run-down multi-level building that is being remodeled in an old part of town that, today, is off the beaten pathway but wasn't always. (The pathway appears to be less the "road less traveled" since their recent establishment.) The train tracks run behind it and the old station is nearby. The building has old-style character that has nostalgic appeal (for those who appreciate that kind of thing). It also has some great art on the wall and has a vintage clothing shop. The shop and cafe are in old garage bays, the portals of which are replaced with glass (see the view out in the picture with my daughter). It's worth finding and checking out in my estimation. No signs make it clear, but it is a seat-yourself style cafe where you walk up to the counter to order. And, of course, it is vegetarian (that's the one where they can eat eggs and have milk and dairy--I think). I personally have no compunction about eating large pieces of animal flesh roasted and dripping with fat. That Emerson said "You have just dined, and however scrupulously the slaughterhouse is concealed in the graceful distance of miles, there is complicity" bothers me little. But, for those who have such compunction that allows them not to go beyond the stealing of chicken's eggs from their mothers and cow's milk from their new-born calves to the eating of the beast itself, this is the place for you. Oddly, it can be a place for meatatarians too, if one is willing to forgo the delight of the maillard reaction on a seared piece of meat for the delightful compromise of eggs drenched in eggs (holondaise sauce). For its intention, the CAB cafe meets its mark: tasty vegetarian food in a quaint and artsy setting at a fair price.

Great atmosphere and better, the food! They have vegan and regular food options on the menu so it caters to everyone. The Avacado waffle is light and fluffy and the grilled cheese oozes with quality cheeses. I recommend trying CAB and staying a little while to duck into the shops and art studios sprinkled about the Columbia Arts Building.

The ultimate in HIP style.... this building is a great looking converted old factory and it houses a wonderful vegetarian café, lots of artists and art lovers alike and a bunch of cool little retail shops I absolutely love the Artisanal local cheese plate here which I get with gluten free crackers and a local Diskin "Tiki" pineapple infused cider... mmmm But I'm told you can't go wrong with anything and a lot of people get the Eggs Florentine which looks amazing! (Very Reasonable Prices too) This is a perfect place for Sunday brunch if you want healthy tasty and affordable food in Columbia Tennessee! Holly the owner is super sweet ~ as are all the waitstaff, and you really can tell that they care I was just told that a brewery is going to open up as well in this building ... it's called Bad Idea brewery Too much fun

Discovered this new gem today for Sunday brunch and fell in love! Do yourself a favor and GO. Tell your friends, tell your mom, tell your neighbor because this will be your new fav place in Columbia. Best part is most of the menu is healthy, vegetarian, AND affordable. I mean... truly the best. It also has beautiful warehouse windows that provide loads of natural light, comfy booths, a large communal seating area, and they even have a piano that guests can play. Highly recommend!
