Bought 3 recliners and a reclining loveseat. Also bought the warranties. Had to use my Warranty. Brad ( their service guy) came out to the house and did a repair. Very friendly and efficient. Happy Customer! This is officially my go to furniture store.? Manager and staff are nice as well.

We came in for a table for my room and the employees there were so nice. They treated us like family and helped us with all of our needs. They even gave me a free hat and offered me some water :). I'd really recommend this place as they have some really nice furniture and even nicer employees.

Needed an over-the-range microwave with push button door feature due to our gas range. Badcocks offered the Amana microwave I needed but did not have stainless steel finish in stock. They ordered it and it arrived in a few days. Picked it up and installed it thanks to helpful instructions. Happy with price and features of microwave.

Ordered 3 pieces of furniture. One had a broken leg they said they would fix. Went to pick it all up and leg was still not fixed. 2 of the pieces had to be ordered. Upon arrival the leg was shattered on one and the other was missing from the truck (i know this isnt the store’s problem) but they did not call me to let me know. They just let me show up on pickup day hoping that id accept a discount or trade for equal value furniture. I just got a refund in the end. Just felt that for the amount of money being spent the customer service was subpar.

I have purchased houseful of furniture. Love their selection. Now that they are going thru 3rd party credit loan instead of themselves, I won't be going there if I need anything else. I will go thru my own bank if I want something else. Disappointed.

Bought 3 lift chairs at 1200.00 each put 3 year extended warranty on them on the 8th of June 2022 one of the chairs has already quit working and they either can't or won't get it taken care do not buy anything from this store even the 800 number won't help

In the market for a laptop computer and shelf space for my home office and the salespeople at Badcock Columbia, TN were very helpful in assisting me in choosing a laptop and accent shelf...The store was well laid out and the sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did not put pressure on me to buy anything. I am very happy with my ACER Aspire 3, 17-inch screen laptop and the Ashley Accent shelf. Thanks Badcock of Coolumbia, TN!

I have purchased close to $10k worth of furniture from Badcock since 2013 and WAS about to spend roughly $3k today. I'm not sure if this has something to do with new Corp owners, but after going through several deceptive sales tactics this time, I will be taking my biz elsewhere. From tags displaying one price and being told something totally different to getting offered a specific price if took a floor model (and writing it down in front of them) and coming to pick it up and being told a way different price. This is unacceptable for the quality of furniture being sold here.Never complained about the previous issues I had with their products like screws just falling out of chairs and faux wooden table-tops bowing up, but after today they get one.

Badcock of Columbia Sales Staff is friendly and helpful in finding the right piece of furniture for your needs. Furniture is affordable and easy to assemble if you are a DIY person like myself. They offer furniture delivery and assembly if needed.

**Don't Purchase Mattresses** I purchased mattress set, June 2020 within 3 months it was sagging, 6mos it was time to replace. Now just over a year and it's the worse mattress set I've ever purchased. Wasn't worth it at all.

When furniture is ordered and scheduled for delivery, someone at the business should let the customer know if furniture will not be delivered in time. In anticipation of delivery, old furniture was disposed of. It's bad business practice not to communicate with customer and let them know the new furniture was delayed.
