I’ve been using AT&T for years now but my experience stayed rather neutral until Joshua Rogers, a sales rep at this location, helped me one day. He is efficient & really looks at finding the best plan, phone, & accessories for you. He is knowledgeable, patient, and has got a great personality as well. If you want someone that has your best interest for the best rates in mind, Josh is your guy. Thanks for being awesome Josh, until next time!!

Had a problem with the in-laws home phone .. which are Internet phones now .. customer support is staffed with idiots but the folks in store are awesome and know how to work the customer support idiots and make it all work out .Thanks Columbia TN AT&T !!

Skylar at the Columbia tn store was so helpful and went over everything with us and made sure we got the best care and made sure we understood everything while upgrading my phone he deserves a raise.And your lawrenceburg store needs better workers.

Joyce at the store was an angel and extremely helpful. As for the company...I have a hard line phone because I live in an are where cell reception is bad. I have been dealing with AT&T over the phone for months to send me a bill and to connect long distance for me. I have had little to no luck having the problem 1/2 way solved until I went in the store here in Columbia, TN. Joyce helped me more than anyone at the AT&T call center. Taking her advice I came home to tray and make the call from my AT&T phone by dialing the *7283.I'm told because I have an AT&T phone I can make the call without problems. No, the call would not go through. I finally got through on my cell to the Fraud department and spoke with David who was very helpful with my bill but he also could not get the long distance situation resolved. He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour trying to resolve the issue. He finally said he would have to call me back.Bell South use to be AT&T and I wishthey still had it. I have been dealing with this since November.First they had my account under someone else's name and had me as an employee. That was finally resolved after I told them this is Fraud.In conclusion the only two good thing that have come out of this was Joyce and David. If this issue doesn't get resolved I will cancel my phone and complain to the better business bureau. I'm sure they have already had plenty of complaints filed against them.

This store is amazing. Clean, well stocked, and the staff is the real standout here. Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, they were genuine and personable from start to finish. I was helped by Skyler today and he was perfect. We had a delay in transferring over my line from a different company, but he handled it professionally and kindly. When he wasn't assisting other customers or his co-workers, we were able to chat, and I never felt pressured to upgrade anything, or purchase anything outside of what I had come in the store for. I can see why this store is busy!

My stars mainly reflect the business itself, seems to always be understaffed and disorganized. The staff themselves are great and very helpful so I wish I could give a separate rating for them. Expect long wait times and some difficulty with their systems even if I have an appointment.

Skyler at this store rocks! After a very negative experience with this store I arranged to get internet service installed over the internet. Work interfered and I think I missed the tech by a few minutes. Skyler at the store saved the day. After telling him what happened he could not have done more to see to it I was taken care of, exactly the opposite of when I was there just a few days before and all of it over the phone. If Skyler could have done more don't ask me how.

The place was busy however Ms. Kim Cooper helped me. She solved my issue within minutes of my arrival. She is knowledgeable of the products, how to use them and how to assist others. I was having some problems, she quickly resolved the issue for me. I left with confidence and I am a satisfied customer because of her. If I have to return to the store I will ask for Ms. Cooper because she knows the product that she is selling. I am a satisfied customer because of Ms. Cooper.My customer service phone experience was not good that is why I went to the store I am glad I did.
