Paid 100 for a phone that wasn’t charging past 70. Said they fixed it and showed it charging. Said they replaced the port. Within on day everything was back to normal. I don’t think they did anything because the phone would randomly charge to 100. Don’t waste your time.

Fixed a cracked phone screen but jacked up the back on my phone. It never stayed glued or sealed been less than 3 months. Caused my phone to malfunction and had to get a new one. Out 400 plus getting a new phone without being eligible for upgrade. Do not go there for cracked screen!!!!

Never go here. I dropped off my daughter old iPad that needed a screen repair last august.. they told me a few weeks or a month tops to repair and I was in no rush. They took my info down on a post it note and over a year later and after coming back to the shop and calling over and over, they basically just lost it or sold it who knows. I’m pissed. I hate confrontation so I just kept giving them more time to “find it”, but they just screwed us over and stole our tablet. I could afford a new screen but not to replace an entire device. Places like this make me WISH I could be a Karen sometimes, because that was a special gift we could not replace and they clearly did not care at all. No apologies or replacement, just the constant run around. Don’t know how they’re still in business.Update: tried to give them one last chance and be more assertive, got zero apology for a year long missing device, got major attitude, and was basically told “what do you want me to do/what are you gonna do about it” I said I’d be very happy to just have my device back and if not I sure as heck will figure out what can be done about it

Have been waiting well over a month and they still don't have the parts for my phone screen. Every time I'd call in and ask they instantly say no they don't have it without taking any time to check. I really don't even think they ordered the part at all at this point.Should have ordered the part myself like I originally planned on (which will be here in three days btw). I only wanted to go somewhere because I've never fixed a phone myself and wasn't sure how to go about it.

These people are not honest or trustworthy. 2 months ago I had them replace a screen in my IPhone and paid $100 for this service. Today the screen is falling off. I took the phone back to the store where I was yelled at and told it was not their fault. If wanted it repaired it would cost another $100. Please do not waste your time or money with these people. In addition I will be filing a BBB complaint.
