Was treated so rudely by the pharmacy manager here. I had called to see if they could fill a prescription and was talked to in such a horrible manner , even to the point of being accused of things. He wouldn't even acknowledge my questions let alone answer them. By far the worst customer expierence I've ever encountered.

I scheduled the appointment for the COVID/FLU test and when I arrived I have to wait 20 minutes, then was told I did not have an appointment! I showed the lady my phone with clearly showed 3900 Ft Henry Drive, Colonial Heights, TN @2:15 PM but that did not matter because it did not come through the system. So I waited to take my lunch break to make it to this appointment for absolutely nothing!!

This place is the WORST Walgreens I have been to, so much so that I am considering complaining. Came here a while back and went through a number of Walgreens that had THE WORST service I can think of. I am a disappointed customer beyond all belief!

They never have people's medicine they always say I ordered it and when they can't get it they won't let you know unless you call them and they'll also tell you they have half the medicine sometimes and if you get half now you have to forfit the rest of your medicine because they was short and couldn't fill it so it's your fault I've been without my medicine for over a week I'm a cancer patient and have been put through enough

The pharmacy didn't have the drug as prescribed, and I was told it could not be available until the following Monday (4 days). The Rx was needed urgently for a critically ill pet, that may not have made it through the night without it. Instead, CVS accommodated us with a different formula of the drug. We got the Rx to the Emergency Vet, and the dog turned the corner. Since Walgreens wouldn't listen to the situation, they offered no solutions and lost my good will.

I went to receive a Covid test and was offered by far the worst service amongst any pharmacy I have visited. It took 30+ minutes to get a “quick” test and on top that, the staff was completely rude and unprofessional. 2/10 would not recommend.

My sister spent over $140.00 in the store and got home missing an $8.00 item. Everything was in one large bag. We went back with the receipt and the manager said the cashier was on video putting the item in the bag. We asked to see the video and he said no. Who's lying? Wish could give negative stars.

This is by far the WORST WG pharmacy we have ever dealt with. We have been using Wal-Greens for decades, therefore it is a terrible disappointment that due to the pharmacists in this location, we have now had to choose another retailer. The behavior of the pharmacy staff is NOT acceptable. If you tell them how awesome they are, you will be ok, maybe. BUT the moment you try to discuss something concerning their unprofessional attitudes, get ready for it! We tried to point out that a pharmacy member was rude and made a family member very uncomfortable bordering on discrimination. When we tried to discuss this, we were told they went out of their way for us. AFTER this, our medications that ONCE cost ZERO out of pocket, went to nearly $1000.00. When we asked why was this going on, it was a pat I do not know, and the I do not care attitude. In any economic time that is hard to cover, but in these, it is impossible. There is simply no concern for some patients/customers and that is never acceptable. NEW pharmacists are needed here. But, there are a couple of techs, that do try to help but can only do so much when the management is not cooperating. So, for now, we are going without medicines until we can find another pharmacy, one where they all care about ALL people.

The rudest non-caring pharmacists we've ever encountered! They do not want to help you with anything if it takes more than 5 minutes of their time.We have been doing business with Walgreens for years, but the actions of these individuals at this location has forced our decision to leave Walgreens all together.I had never really price compared our medications until they raised ours some 300%.I was stunned when I learned the same meds at other pharmacies are much MUCH lower! We tried to work with WG to resolve our issues but they did not care at all. O must add there are some techs however that do try their best to help you... the problem comes when the pharmacist are not aiding in anything these employees are trying to do.It is just discouraging when people who are supposed to be involved in your Healthcare to make things easier CHOOSE to make life harder for you- Mentally Emotionally and Financially!

Good place for a lot of stuff. Wish they'd update & restock makeup selection much more often. Both Colonial Heights & Gray,TN locations are always out of stock on lots of makeup products.
