Very money driven vet do not bring pets here. They don’t keep animals overnight if needed. We were out of town and our neighbors contacted us to let us know our dog was not doing well. His previous vet retired so we had to bring him here. The vet we dealt with was basically asking if we were going to pay for the treatment and almost made us feel guilty for being on vacation as if we had abandoned him. She basically was trying to convince us to put our dog down while we were out of town. We contacted another vet that was able to take over care and pick him up from there thank goodness. We paid the vet for her services but we were away from our wallets and needed a few minutes to get our credit card and call back. Within about 10 minutes they contacted us and was already asking for payment. There was no empathy given for what we were dealing with. I pray she finds this in future instances and isn’t as money hungry as she presents.

Best veterinary office for dogs in Collierville! All Dr's and staff are very knowledgeable and truly care about every dog they see. They treat you and your dog like family. They are quick, efficient, and very thorough. They have state of the art equipment and offer the newest and best treatment available for your dog. Dr. Rush is our personal favorite vet and has been treating my dog for years. I trust her judgment completely. They have an online pharmacy and use an app where you can request appointments, see lab results, and keep track of medications. They will call or text you with information or to answer your questions. I will not take my dog anywhere else!

I can't say enough positive things but thank you to the Kelsey Canine Medical Center. I recently lost my 15-year-old dog. It was a very difficult situation, and due to time & travel, I could not go to my regular vet (not in the area). We used Kelsey for emergency service.; the team was kind and gave the best service you could ask for. They did not overcharge us; I would have easily paid anything at that moment. So, for anyone asking for recommendations for vet services in our area, I can only recommend Kelsey Canine Medical Center

My experience with Kelsey Canine has been absolutely amazing! They’re very knowledgable, and the staff is friendly. The thing I love the most about this place is that they take the time with you and your dog in explaining everything and you don’t feel that you are being rushed out. Highly recommend! Everyone here is very nice and attentive to the pups. You can even text questions and they get back with you pretty quickly! Great vet!

As the owner of a chronically anxious, arthritic senior dog with canine aggression, I cannot stress enough how helpful Kelsey Canine Medical Center has been for my pup's well-being. I have never had a bad experience there, and I will be taking my dog there until the day she dies.Every single staff member is a consummate professional who clearly cares about dogs. They always work with me on comprehensive, reasonable pet care plan that benefits both my dog and my budget. They break down the cost and details of treatment plans thoroughly and coherently. They answer all my questions and sincerely make me feel heard when I express concerns of any kind. I have had planned appointments and emergencies managed here repeatedly, and I can always count on them to make the situation better.When it comes to exams, I can always count on them to handle my dog's mind and body with gentleness and patience. They work with her on the floor, so she doesn't have to stand for long periods of time. They take great care to comfort her when she get stressed, and they ask after her health when I stop by without her. When there's another dog in the waiting room, they help me to minimize contact between her and the other dogs to avoid unnecessary stress. I don't even worry when she is in their hands, because I know definitively that they will take amazing care of her.If you bring your dog here for care, you will be doing them and yourself a huge favor.

our little dogs big attitude got her into a skirmish with a larger dog whose tooth evidently got caught in her eye and ripped it almost completely out! i got her to Kelsey Canine asap and they were able to get her to surgery right away. She is now a pirate but has healed well and just as feisty as ever! Thsnkyou Dr Rush for your amazing surgical care and Dr Camp for saving our golden that had a weird abdominal problem(histoplasmosis in stomach). Dr Camp went above and beyond with her research, and speaking with other specialists to diagnose and treat our sweet guy. He has gained his weight back and so far tested negative at followup! We can't thank you enough! I highly recommend these guys!!

Suuuuper friendly staff. The wait time was minimal. But it was kinda odd I had to weigh my dog myself then report what he weighed. Prices are super high here. Just a regular old exam was $91. Then I needed a biopsy. The quote said $250, but the bill said $280. Just a regular visit with a biopsy cost me $460'ish dollars. Not overly okay with the cost at all.
