This is a very nice gym, not as busy as other gyms I've been to in Collierville. I definitely recommend this place.

The best gym and the staff all I can say is WOW! Esporta you have a gem when it comes to Miliyah M. She is knowledgeable, patient, detailed, and make sure you understand what needs to be done based on the goals you want. The best choice I made was investing in myself and becoming a member of this gym and speaking to Miliyah. She made me feel like family and most of all has a no quit attitude to make you go hard or go home. I'm ready and so excited to be on a winning team. Miliyah M thank you and just know you are a game changer!!

Get equipment, but you can never know when they are going to be open. The hours on the app are inaccurate and it seems that they close whenever they feel like it. Yesterday I went there at 6:45 pm the place was a ghost town. The app said they close at 8 pm. No one there, parking lot empty. I guess you should call before going. I won't renew.

It has the equipment I want to use and the price is reasonable. The negative is the sauna has been closed for a very long time.

I wanted to say what a great workout I had at the LA fitness in Collierville Tennessee great equipment , people are friendly staff is friendly especially the new club manager Ellen she was so friendly, bubbly and always smiling and helpful i could not ask for a better place to go the gym is clean equipment is working just an all out great place you got a check it out.

They have closing time at 8 pm on weekend, but not letting inside even at 7:05 pm. This is not informed anywhere. Even google timings also are not correct.

Gimmicks galore. Some of the most current issues facing members are pricing discrepancies of their membership fee agreed upon signing, the benefits of the club are up in the in terms of the group classes and sauna and pool. They are always changing based on how to make more profit and the sauna has been out of commission for more than a few years now. When I joined the sauna worked and now they won't even give me a straight answer of when it will get fixed.
Gym options with a pool are limited in Collierville and I wish I could have my original contract back.

When in to look around and to see if they had the program that would help me in my fitness. I was given to the General Manager. Not impressed. He asked me a few questions and and it seemed that he was pushing me to get a trainer. I have been working out for years. He walked and showed me the equipment and the group room. Because I am in the Silver sneakers my membership would be covered but I would need to pay for the group programs. When asked about the cost of the group training. I would need to talk to another person and be assessed. I asked why as the general manager, he refused to answer, and that I would need to talk to another person and join. I then asked I would need to know the cost. He would not answer and repeated that I would need to join and be assessed and that other person would answer that the question I would like to talk to that person. My assumption is the general manager does not even work out. I will leave it there

I enjoyed visiting this location when the sauna was working. According to an employee, the sauna has been broken for months, and there is no timeframe for when it will be repaired.

The sauna hasn’t been working for months, hours are kinda sucky, and they hardly have any exercise classes. Equipment is usually all operational and if you go at the right times, there isn’t too much of a crowd.

Worked me out to the bone but I love it. I recommend getting a coach but I really felt good working here. I mean I hate the gyms and they make me feel horrible but I didn’t feel judged, I felt like people were trying to support from afar. I’ve tried 3 other gyms and I couldn’t recommend LA Fitness more
