“This Five Below location is my favorite one in all of Memphis for many reasons. The staff always greet me with a smile on their faces when I walk in, the aisles of the store are neatly arranged which makes finding what I need very easy. The staff are knowledgeable of the items that they sell and where to find them and I hardly notice items out of place. I got my ears pierced here recently with the help of Geovana & Pamela. It was my first time getting my ears pierced, they both showed professionalism all while making the process fun and easygoing, and this eased any anxiety I had about the process.
