Two words disgusting and roach infested! My best friend lived here and no matter how much pest control the manager sent she still had roaches! I wouldn’t let my dog live here. Don’t waste your time!

Going on two years over here! Rent is relatively decent for Collierville. Quiet, and I’m walking distance from the dog park!

I’ve lived here for two lease terms now. It’s quiet and peaceful around.Whenever a problem occurs I’m usually able to have it fixed within the same day or next day.I haven’t had any issues with the residents. Everyone is friendly and the kids around usually comes to help me with groceries just because.I’ve given four stars because there is a laundry facility instead of a washer/dryer connection in my home. I would prefer it over the facility. I think it would be a good amenity to add.However, I love my home! The price and location is great and affordable. I know I’m safe and I can sleep comfortable. By the way, I’m usually always seeing people visit, so if you see a festive resident say hi ??.

There's always a "robot". I've never spoken to an actual person. I have been in touch through the Zumper app and my email for the past four months. I could never schedule a tour, and when I finally was able to (after getting an email to schedule) they gave me a keypad code and it did not work. So I never got to see the apartment. I tried calling, AGAIN, and never spoke with anyone. They asked for a review and I still haven't heard anything from them after three weeks! Guess they don't want anyone to move there. Horrible business.
