Brittany (the owner) is as friendly and nice as it gets, she promotes running in the community. I love the running group that meets there on Mondays at 5:00pm and 5:30pm. We go out for a 2.2 mile run/walk at those times - one or both times, any speed... You will feel welcome there, like walking in the set of Cheers, "where everybody knows your name..."
