I have to give a huge shout-out to Robyn and Arlonda (?) for their excellent service tonight! We brought ten kids (GS troop) in to the store today, and had only called about 30 mins before to see if we could do anything to make the day easier for them, since we didn't schedule it as a party. Robyn had pulled out five different bears that were within our price range and put together boxes for us already. Both ladies made it super fun for our girls and were SO patient!!!!Cannot recommend this store and these fabulous ladies enough!!THANK YOU!!

Encountering a Build-A-Bear inside a Walmart is certainly an uncommon sight, and it piqued our curiosity during a recent visit. My first encounter with Build-A-Bear was years ago at Bellevue Square Mall in Bellevue, WA, with my younger child, and I must say, the transformation since then is truly remarkable.The array of yet-to-be-stuffed animal options presented at this Build-A-Bear inside Walmart was nothing short of impressive. The variety of choices allowed for a truly personalized selection, ensuring that each child's imagination could run wild as they decided on their perfect companion.The journey didn't end there, as we embarked on a quest to find the ideal outfit that would bestow a unique personality upon the chosen furry friend. The selection of accessories and outfits was extensive, offering a multitude of ways to bring each furry character to life.Once the selection was made, we handed our chosen items to the attentive staff, who expertly assembled and stuffed the animal with care, making sure to remove all the tags. Watching the process unfold was a delightful experience, and the anticipation built up as we eagerly awaited the final result.To make the experience even more special, we had the privilege of creating a personalized birth certificate, commemorating the occasion and creating a cherished memento for the special someone or child in our lives.Overall, I highly recommend taking the opportunity to indulge in this delightful experience, conveniently located within Walmart. The Build-A-Bear adventure offers a unique and memorable outing for children and families alike, allowing imaginations to soar and creating lasting memories with these charming furry companions.

Took my youngest for his third birthday today. Near their closing time. All three ladies were beyond kind and helpful. They made the entire thing so fun for him. Great saleswomen without being pushy or rude. We will be going back next week for my oldest one's birthday for sure!

Had so much fun. It's a tiny spot, gets a little crowded. Friendly staff. It's a good go to spot for a quick in and out. But not good for partys.

This place is AWESOME and the people who work there are AMAZING!! I took my niece and nephews here and Antonia and Aubree created the BEST experience for them. So much so that they all three hugged Aubree and Antonia on their own before we left. Antonia and Aubree both made the experience so much fun and most importantly, let the kids be kids. Like they said, “This is a kids store!” I’ve been to other BAB workshops inside a mall where it felt too formal. Here at this BAB the kids can truly be kids and the fun and experience they had is PRICELESS!!! This BAB Workshop is inside a Walmart rather than a mall. It’s just as big as other BAB Workshop Stores, and all about the kids. Thank you for the best experience, Antonia and Aubree!!!!

Oh my God the service was amazing soon as me and my family walk in we were greeted by four amazing Build-A-Bear workshoppers very nice answer to every question professionally I recommend taking your kids or as an adult getting one my wife did lol
