I told Derick I was moving back in December, I now have a charge on my credit card for the month of January they are still charging me for insurance and I no longer even live in Tennessee. I would give 0 stars at this time of I had the option.

Shelter Insurance has been great with my policies! I have home and autos insured and all information is found on website, and the Shelter app is very helpful too. Derek is very good to talk and keep you informed. And changing something is simple and quick!

I could not ask for a better insurance company!! Shelter insurance has always taken care of everything for me very very quickly. They're absolutely wonderful people and Derek is an amazing agent.
