The Y is more than just a place to exercise. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I have made many close friends there. The instructors are very encouraging and I can work at my own level. I love the YMCA and I wish my schedule allowed me to go there more often.

The lifeguards in the pool have no idea what they’re doing. Was there for a birthday party and one of the girls yelled at my niece to get out of the deep in, because she had a life jacket on. Literally said “get out NOW”. Embarrassed her in front of the whole birthday party. They didn’t tell us any rules or anything and you just yell at someone for not knowing? And if it’s a rule why didn’t she tell her BEFORE she got in the deep end that should couldn’t go in? Very un professional and RUDE.

So far I’ve found this facility is the best out of the ones I’ve tried. It’s clean and everyone is very nice, helpful and friendly. The machines are well maintained. I can’t wait to try some classes!

There are so many great options for classes and I can use any of the facilities around town. The outdoor pool in Cleveland is great! And everyone is so kind and helpful, it's not intimidating to get started or be a part.

Best place to workout. But most of the bathroom has strong urine odor during summer. You can tell that maintaince team do their best and clean bathroom quite often. Wish it will be better after kids back to school.
