This company just wants to make money and doesn’t actually care for their customers and assuring they get good quality service and products. We bought a remanufactured fuel pump from them that cost over $1000 dollars and we get to the shop to install it and it doesn’t work. We called them to try and return and they said they can’t return it because we already tried to install it. How are we supposed to know it won’t work without installing it? 10/10 do not recommend doing business with them unless you want your time and money wasted.

This is not a official dealer, google says they closed at 11:30pm but the guy says he doesnt wanna wait after 11pm and go home. Waste of time.

This is a worthless dealership they lies about everything they say never have workers there to do any work. I brought my truck to this dealership to be looked at because I had a check engine light that came on while I was delivering a load. This dealership was the closest one from where I was it was a Thursday morning I bring my truck in I was told it would be looked at on a Friday then it went from Friday to Monday from Monday to Tuesday now it’s gone a Wednesday before they will look at my truck I been in a hotel missing money haven’t been able to go home and see my family they have no sense of urgency to at least tell me what is wrong with my truck my truck is new only have 4,800 miles on so it’s still under warranty. So you know what that means they not making any money on my truck so they aren’t worried about getting to it. This is the worst experience at this dealership I had to experience very unprofessional place. If you can find a better truck dealership do yourself the favor and go somewhere else this place isn’t worth the time nor the energy you have to put in just to get things done spend your money elsewhere.

My truck got broken down and I brought it here at the dealer after two days the found the issue which was the front harness. The asking me 8000 $ with part half for labor and half for part then I requested to bring the part ordered for 1700$ the charge me 4700$ just to put that part . I can say they’re cheating to take money

I was in need of a Straight truck with a big box, minimum opening of 100 by 100. Junior Bloodworth, the salesmen sent pictures with him measuring 101 by 102. We had phone conversations about the rear opening, it had to fit a customer's piece that is 96 by 96 so it's imperative the rear opening is larger than the standard 94 x 97. Long Story short, I prepaid for the truck, flew my driver down who never measured the rear of the truck like i asked. Drives back to CT, the truck is the standard 94 x 97 opening. I guess it's on me for trusting Junior wasn't a liar and that my driver did as i asked. Oh well, after 32 years in business I should have learned not to trust people.

I brought my truck under warranty at 9 a.m. They did the paperwork, told me to wait in the driver's lounge. Okay. It was 3:00 in the afternoon. No one came. I think I'm gonna get something to eat. Came back at 5pm. My truck is still standing outside. I asked when will you check my truck? At first they didn't find my documents. Then they found them and said they were in the wrong folder. And that they would probably check my truck tomorrow morning. Of course, why rush when you get paid by the hour.

Beware of BS‼️?? My truck broke down 43 miles away. Had Doug Yates towing stick me for $1089 to tow. I will review them next for towing my trailer when it was parked on their yard for repairs for over a month per this Worldwide repair place. We had to call every other day to check on our truck parts, status of parts, when was the tractor going to be pulled in for repairs, what was the outcome of what all needed to be done to fix the truck. Was sent a bill for over $20k. I compared their prices to other Worldwide Equipment and the mark up was $200-300 difference per part on most things. Now this is the same company across the board. They finally got all the parts in but one major part. They kept saying for 2 weeks the part wasn't in. Finally spoke to someone else and they said we can't find the part. We found the part one day and had it shipped to them within 24 hours.Finally after a month they started working on our truck. Then they found other things supposed to be wrong and needed repair. I thought you went over and inspected the tractor and all the issues a month ago but ok fix it. So after a month and a week and a half. Truck ready but now you have a issue with your fuel line. Just put our truck together and have it ready. The bill gets reone and it is $1200 more dollars than the original bill. ? What can you do but pay it. Then I get to inspect my truck, 5th wheel not greased, fluids not topped off. Just crazy for everything not to be complete after $21k later. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience. I will carry my truck on my back before I ever let this place touch my truck again. If I can give a NEGATIVE 100 I would on the rating. Times are hard for everyone but to mark up parts, 6k in labor and add other cost is just wrong. As a veteran of the Army it was very wrong. The worst experience. ??????

Having truck work on for the 3 Rd time for warranty repair.And was charged for repair the first time and still waiting on my money back . They was greese on the door panels and trim broken still waiting on it. Said it was on back onder .but called parts dept and they have in in the warehouse

Had ecm installed sent truck for programming of the ecm they double charged and didn't even do it had to take my truck to a dealer 300 miles away this place is a rip off!!!

Excellent service, a very busy shop but they always do their best to get you in and out. The guys in the service department are great and the technicians have always done quality work for me. Extremely happy with the quality of service.

Mr Ryan, allowed his ego over come a business transaction and hold me waiting on a PO#, After I had been at the dealership since 9:30pm the night before. This is not ecceptble, when my company called back to the shop he was out helping another customer ??.

Came in for a code because I bought my truck there. They did get me in first thing in the morning and diagnose it but then started tearing dpf apart, which I did not authorize, and found the problem. Led me to believe they’d have it fixed that afternoon or next morning. Long story short, they couldn’t get the parts they needed. So instead of telling me they bounced me around from service to parts and back for a week. When I called to say I’d just come get it they said they’d have to charge me a $1000 to restock parts the couldn’t get. Now picking up truck and taking to an independent shop 2.5 weeks later. I’m sure this is typical dealer BS but they have lost this customer and I highly recommend not going here

Like other reviews they over charge for parts, a oil change cost me 580 dollars. It took them.4 hours. They never gave me a parts invoice which makes me think their may have been additional parts added to it to pay for their screw up. I was looking fir a body shop for additional work. It won't be there. Who only changes oil filter and fuel filter for 337 dollars??
