Can't give a zero rating so they had to get a one for this. The guy that went to tow my daughter's Tahoe on December 23, 2023 at 10:30pm was not nice or respectful. Told them it was $250 to tow it and wanted his money up front. Then after telling them the price told them he was gonna have to get another truck and that was more money and hoped they had it. They didn't get the tow and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Southern hospitality and customer service was given to me and my family when we needed to be towed.our driver was wonderful. He made a difficult situation easier by being kind and service was very timely.

Wanted to give credit to the gentlemen at United Wrecker. From the 1st call for help to the last. They went above and beyond when I needed assistance. Very professional and able to get the job done. Don’t ever use this company, they won’t tell you how much they charge till they pick up and deliver then you find out they charge 285.00 plus mileage and they won’t take a check.

Be very wary of this towing service. I had a Class C Motorhome that needed to be towed due to an engine issues. Once they showed up to tow it, they hooked up and drove away and less than 0.25 miles down the road and the Motorhome dropped off the tow truck causing significant body damage. See the photos attached. The driver then told me he would pay for the damage out of pocket as he did not want this to impact his insurance. Being a reasonable person, I understood and agreed as everyone makes mistakes. However, now that I have paid out of pocket to have the repairs done the business refuses to pay for any damage. This incident happened in December 2022. It is now the end of March 2023 and this business has stopped communicating. Despite over 20 documented phone calls back and forth and email communication I am now out of pocket over $5000. Every time I call and talk to Dana the office manager, she tells me Curtis the owner is out on the road and cannot talk. Every time Dana promises to call back, she NEVER does. This past week Dana promised that Curtis was finally going to come 3/23 in person to discuss a solution. Curtis never showed. Dana never called. It is now 3/27 and both Curtis and Dana are nowhere to be found. I tried filing a police report but unfortunately because the incident had happened and the police weren’t called at the time it happened that there was nothing I could do. I tried out of GOOD FAITH to TRUST this service, and it turns out they are simply DISHONEST and DO NOT TAKE PROPER CARE OF THE CONSUMER. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and notifying the Attorney General that these people are practicing business unethically. I have all written and phone communication documented. Know that if you read this review you were WARNED of the lack of competence of Dana and Curtis and that you should use literally ANY OTHER BUSINESS for your needs.

I have no complaints from call to payment. Curtis Wilson (owner) was so nice and professional. Everything ran so smoothly. As soon as he arrived, he asked if the keys were in the car and even opened the door to his truck, so I could sit in the AC while he worked. Within 5 minutes, we were on our way to the tire shop, where payment couldn't have been made easier. They are fairly priced, easy, and quick. Will definitely use them again!Service: Car towing

They arrived quickly and were speedy with the tow. The people were very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. VERY honest! My friend left a $100 bill and his wallet sitting in the backseat . There was also cash in my glovebox and $500 worth of shopping in the back. Everything was still exactly as we left it. I Highly recommend this towing company! It's so awesome to know there are people and a business like this still out there.Service: Car towing
