All of the trainers/coaches are so down to earth and create a good environment to push yourself or to step back and listen to your body. It’s a lot of fun and a good workout! I was nervous at first, but they welcomed me in, taught me the ropes and I gained so much confidence!

THE BEST place for group classes in Chattanooga! There is a no-judgement feel, and everyone is genuinely excited to be there and incredibly welcoming. Their classes are challenging enough to kick your butt in a workout but are clearly outlined and explained so every step is easy to follow. Great environment! 10 out of 10!!!

It was a fun time. I went for the free class and decided to sign up. I love the flexibility of being able to go to as many or as little classes I want each week. I got a great workout in just 45 minutes! Happy I signed up!
Our Total Fitness Kickboxing classes are specifically designed for anyone of any fitness level. You may train at your own pace and intensity level throughout the class. Each class is 45-50 minute interval training sessions consisting of several rounds of punches and kicks on a 130 lb heavy bag, finishing with intense core-strengthening exercises.
These classes use the same principles professional fighters use to get in the best shape of their lives. An average class can burn up to 1000 calories.
