Fowler Brothers Furniture not only sells the best in furniture but their staff is tops as well. Designer Vicki Runge worked with me to customize a sofa to fit not only in my home but to fit my body—- short and age. It was the best furniture shopping experience and I’ve been doing that for many years. The final product, delivery and setup was just as A-1. I give this the highest rating . Ann Smith , Chattanooga

I can’t say enough great things about this place. My husband and I looked all over Tennessee to find beautiful, quality furniture for our new home—I’m not joking…we drove hundreds of miles, requested tons of samples and everything left us flat. We didn’t want white, gray, or black furniture and we are not minimalists. Let me tell you, that leaves pickin’s pretty slim these days. One day driving home from yet another unsuccessful furniture quest, we drove by Fowler’s and I asked my husband on a whim to pull in. What a fortuitous moment THAT was! We walked in and found all kinds of gorgeous furniture for our home AND patio. The best part? It was all high quality and most pieces could be customized to your color and fabric preferences. We were there so long that afternoon, my husband grew tired as I wandered the store so I set him down on an extremely comfortable patio sofa while I kept shopping. Continuing to look around the store, I had the very fortunate experience of meeting Ashley—one of the stores exceptionally talented designers. We talked for a bit and I instantly liked her. She listened, she “gets it,” and she has now been enormously helpful in decorating our home. Get this—even my HUSBAND likes her. When does THAT ever happen??? We have now purchased several rooms of furniture from Fowler Brothers and will also be working with Ashley on the finishing touches—wallpaper, drapes, etc. This place does EVERYTHING and Ashley makes it easy and enjoyable. We are so happy and thankful to have happened upon Fowler Brothers and to have met Ashley…our home is starting to look like it belongs in a magazine—it’s THAT beautiful. If you want great style, quality and a fun experience, go HERE—you won’t be disappointed.

Have been a customer for many years. Whether I'm just in for a bag of charcoal or a huge piece of furniture, the service far exceeds any expectation. Naysayers probably don't know what quality, great service, and value look like. As with most things, you get what you pay for. Can you save $1,000 on the purchase of a couch? Sure. Would you get a lifetime of great support and service? Nope. Carter and his team deliver time and time again.

I ordered and paid for two kitchen stools with Fowler Brothers Furniture in Chattanooga. It has been 8 months and I'm still waiting. It has been a painful experience. The store does not keep me updated on what is going on. The last time I called them, I was told because of COVID....... They promised the delivery at the beginning of October, then Halloween, then November 7th, and today is the 21st. I do not recommend this store.

Bought tremendous amount of outdoor furniture, we love it but quality not so. Cushions on the sofa are falling apart feels like no padding what so ever. Asked about it when we ordered our daybed ottoman to match and they said nothing.
