Puchased my very first grinder here when I about 18. Im 31 now.Randomly recounted the experience reminising with my girlfriend on the peir in san fransico.Happy to see that its still around!Wonder if yall still keep them juicy brand papers? Cant find em here in san fran! (EDIT : the grinder now belongs to an arkansas police department , bummer man )

Terrible. The guy working convinced me to buy a specific product, reassuring me that it would 100% work, telling me how great it was and so on. He finished his sales pitch by informing me that it's a 500% money back guarantee. Well after I left I decided to look up reviews on the products success rate. I would have done this pryer to my purchase but I went in looking for a specific brand. However, since they didn't have it I bought this instead, because he kept insisting it was much better. Anyway, I asked for a Receipt for the sole intention of making a return if necessary. Which i told the guy the reason I needed it. He said no problem. What he failed to mention was that the return policy was actually non existent. The policy was with the company from the makers of the product. So when I went back to return the product he wouldn't take it. It was at this moment he tells me it's the products company that would have to make the return. He purposely led me to believe I could return it to the store no problem just to make a quick $70 sale.

The place was filled with cigarette smoke and the salesman lied to me about the qualifications of my glass. He said it was a color changing banger and when I got home it was just blue sand inside of it. It turned out to be an absolutely horrible banger too. The sales man also lied about other brands to try and sell his product which was over priced. Every piece in this store was ordered from AliExress or DHgate & marked up 300%.

The store employees was the only thing okay here. Compared to their last location which they were still in the last time I visited it had been a very long time since I got to visit because of the distance. I was so excited to be coming through the TN valley knowing I would get to stop in and see their new place and buy some shirts and stuff. So disappointed when I walked in and saw only 5 shirts on the wall and such a small store with just a typical pipe store inventory. Nothing like the other pipe one at the opposite end of the road. Prices were quoted and when asked again the price had went up $10 in less than 10 minutes.... SMH ... WTH!!!???

Terrible experience way over priced. First we were walking in and an alarm was going off.....probably should smoke your cigarettes outside!Extremely dirty with slightly rude and very pushy staff."Know it all" tops it allThe shop next door was much better Village Idot.
