Really great people who do really great work. The work they did on the bumpers of my car is second to none. I dare say they look better than they did when it rolled off the line. I fully expect I'll be going back to them with any future paint work I may be presented with.

These guys are great! I rear-ended the back of an SUV and tore up my hood, bumper, headlight, and side panel (as well as some under the hood stuff as well). My car is 14 years old, so I was worried about finding parts and matching paint.
The front desk staff was super friendly and explained everything that would need to be done, drew up an estimate, gave a time frame, and left me feeling like my car was in good hands. Everything was done in under two weeks- I had the back windshield replaced a few years ago, and that alone took 3 weeks- and it looks better than it did before the accident. The paint matches perfectly, the repairs are undetectable, and the price was what they said it would be at the beginning- no surprises. When I left after picking the car up, it ran a little funny; even though they were closing, they still had me come right back, figured out what the issue was, and fixed that as well.
Can't go wrong with Peachtree!

I would have given them 5 stars if not for my most recent interaction. I just picked up my car at this facility and I was told by the rental car company to leave my car there. The gentleman behind the counter was perfectly nice but the lady with the long gray hair was absolutely awful to me. I was doing as I was told and the lady starts yelling at me and cussing saying that they will not hold the keys and I tried to explain that this is what I was told to do. She said she did not care and that she will go park the “damn car somewhere else” herself. I begged the gentleman just to let me pay and let me get out of there. (He was quietly tending to me in a professional manner as I’m getting yelled at) As I am getting my card swiped to pay this repair shop $900.00 I’m getting shouted at. I told the lady that this was absolutely horrible customer service and I would not be back and she told me that that was fine with her if I didn’t come back even though I was a complete bystander and a paying customer who did nothing to her. She attempted an apology and then shouted at me saying she apologized so basically I needed to get over it. I feel bad for the guy who works in the office with her and it’s sad because they did great work on my car. That lady had me hyperventilating when I left.

Avoid this auto body shop at all costs! Despite the positive Google reviews, this shop failed expectations horridly! It appears that these extremely positive reviews were solicited or submitted by the owner's friends and family just based off of my experience. This was not a one off event, this is their culture. Get ready for underhanded tactics, evasive communication, and efforts to extract every possible penny from your insurance through frivolous supplementation charges--even when it's related to their vendor! (i.e. Shipping damage, manufacturing defect).This place is a surefire way to frustration. They'll happily pocket your money and lead you on a wild goose chase. My experience here has been downright awful, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them. Bobby Socol is NOT an upright and honest business professional!I took my vehicle in for front-end collision repairs on September 29th and finally got it back on November 17th, incomplete and with additional damages caused by their malicious actions.Fed up with waiting for a part that is readily available and the owner's reluctance or avoidance in addressing the raised issues, I decided to escalate the matter by visiting the shop on October 17th. As expected, the owner was unavailable, a common occurrence, with no response to emails or request to call back.The front desk associate then took me to the back to showcase the progress, revealing a car with a new bumper, grills, side mirror, and fresh paint on the repaired body--all aligning with the fully paid insurance quotation.Unfortunately, Peachtree's delays resulted in my insurance terminating my rental coverage. Moreover, my insurance rejected their attempt to supplement for damages caused by their vendor; they were caught trying to pull a SCAM, and they were far from pleased about it.After what seemed like an agreement, Peachtree assured me and my insurance that they would refund me for the incomplete headlight work, as everything else was completed. I accepted and decided that I will have the headlight assembled by a more trustworthy party.However, this turned out to be a mistake. The shop reinstalled old parts, damaging the fender in the process, and nicked the intercooler piping on my large FMIC. They went to great lengths to fit the old-mangled bumper, causing additional damages, and even uninstalled the passenger side mirror...Now I have an incomplete vehicle bearing additional damages, a consequence of this shop's ignorance and blatant defiance after being exposed attempting to run a scam through my insurance. Even though my insurance has compensated them to repair the vehicle, the outcomes are anything but satisfactory.Who goes through the trouble or hassle of reinstalling a damaged part when the vehicle was repaired, and you were paid for that portion of work?I've filled a complaint with the BBB, filed a report with the National Insurance Crime Bureau, and initiated investigations through a police report for the malicious damages and financial improprieties described. I intend to pursue this aggressively in a public forum through a lawsuit.Avoid this shop at all costs.Avoid this shop at all costs.Avoid this shop at all costs.

November 11, 2022, my daughter was in an accident in Chattanooga and we live in Georgia. My insurance company did not make this an easy process. After weeks of trying to get my insurance company to assess the damages and have it towed to Peachtree Auto, they got it to them mid December and Peachtree Auto was amazing and made the process so easy. I had to find a body shop in Chattanooga to fix her car, after several calls and getting the same answer ( they're behind and it'll be mid Feb before they could even look at her car ) So I kept calling every body shop I Googled that was in Chattanooga and finally I called this body shop and a guy named Bobby answered and said they could get to it in January. So I stopped looking around and chose Peachtree Auto. They kept me up-to-date on the status of her car, if I called they were so nice and helped me with every question I had, and the results were great! They called me January 30th and we headed up there that day to get her car. My daughter was so happy when she seen that her car looked so good. I definitely recommend Peachtree Auto Painting & Collision!! Ask for Ron or Bobby, you will not be disappointed!!! The pics aren't in correct order. But it's obvious what's of the wreck and what's showing after repairs ?
