Stephen was incredibly helpful, friendly & professional. He was never pushy & was very patient while we made our decision. He was knowledgeable about the product & ensured we were making the right decision for us & our mattress needs. He never got annoyed or frustrated no matter how many mattresses we wanted to try. He even went above & beyond in doing research wrt a specific question I had asked. He didn’t just sell us anything to make a sale, he ensured we really were getting what we wanted. The reason we actually chose Murmaid was not just the fair prices but because Stephen made us feel so welcome.

Jonas was extremely helpful from the moment that we walked in. It was about 30 minutes before closing and he said it doesn’t matter if it takes longer than that. He said he is more than happy to help us find the perfect mattress. We told him the price point that we were looking at and he guided us through the process to find the perfect mattress. If you are in the market to purchase a mattress, stop by the store and ask for Jonas. A really nice and helpful guy.

First, I’m a repeat customer from about 10 years ago. Things remain fantastic. This time….
Mr. Stephen. Let’s see, just two weeks into his job. This gentleman walked me through every option knowledgeably. I needed to help take care of my ailing mother-in-law … he was willing to talk to me about every price point from $100 on up - throughout at least three separate phone calls throughout the day. He was willing to stay late and he was notably empathetic with our situation. I called six different stores today, I went to one Save yourself, the research, I’ve done it all. And Mermaid…. You better recognize the value and potential this young man brings to your firm or I’m gonna swoop him up to come work with my team.
