After multiple issues, lack of customer service/responsiveness, and finally having the ball dropped on a claim that had involved $1,000s+ in damaged property that is now just a loss, we will no longer be working with Kerry Smith, or State Farm in general.
I'm glad others have had better experiences, unfortunately though that does lead me to believe there was prejudice/discrimination involved in why we personally had so many issues.
I'm sure this post will get a reply, but I highly doubt the claim will get handled as a result. Feel free to prove me wrong State Farm, if you truly are like a good neighbor, you'll be there, wearing khakis.

I just have to give a shoutout to Amanda because she is seriously amazing! Every single time I reach out to her, she's so helpful and not like those pushy salespeople; instead, she genuinely wants to assist and make sure I'm satisfied. It's so refreshing to work with someone who actually cares about helping customers.
What really impresses me is how Amanda can take complicated stuff and break it down into simple terms. She's patient and makes sure I get it without feeling confused. I really appreciate her dedication and effort in making things easier for me.

Kerry helped me learn of discounts on my insurance that I didn’t realize I was eligible for and adjusted my policy to better suit my situation. I ended up with a better policy at a lower price. 10/10! Would recommend
