This location is superb. It is very secure, clean, large, and the staff are fantastic. No bait and switch tactics here. Everything is transparent and thorough explanations given at request if ever needed. I had a terrible experience at another location-- it's nice to receive excellence here at this location. Kim is wonderful.

I can't say enough about Public Storage at 1105 Dayton Blvd. - Yes, Kim keeps a clean, organized & well-maintained facility, but she is exceptional!
I lost my Dad a couple years ago & took over payments on his unit on Polymer Drive. I have yet to gather the gumption to look in his unit much less clean it out... I was very emotional at times, so to make it less stressful, Kim offered the option of paying at her location, since I just live around the corner.
Kim knows me as soon as I walk in the door & always greets me with a smile and a cheery "Hello" AND she knows my unit number AND she knows what location! That is true customer service. She also offered to help me find the right size unit for my (and some of Dad's too) things when the time comes to clean out the other one - I will definitely be moving to her location!
I look forward to my visit with Kim each month - she is professional, kind & funny, too! I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!
