Only one person there and didnt care to greet me at first. I asked for door jams and gas cap jam to be cleaned. They were only wiped lightly, still dirty when finished. Only visible areas were wiped (not cleaned). Charged 60$. Sprayed some kind of tire shine everywhere even though my car was not washed prior. So just covering dirt with shine spray. The shine spray also has caused my hatch to be difficult to shut/sticky now. The person was nice but I could have done a much better job and saved 60$. Very disappointed.

This place is amazing! Eric basically preformed a miracle on my SUV!! It had years of baked on stuff all over the hood and top of it. And now it looks brand new! I highly recommend this place, they are beyond efficient, friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!Services: Auto detailing

Eric was on hand when I pulled in. He told me they often 'book ahead', but I could leave the my Charger. I was most concerned about the interior windows. (I'm picky about them - can't get it done myself to a quality finish) Eric was very helpful and he did MORE than I expected. I will call ahead next time and book a cleaning, AND I WILL be going back! I stopped by the McCallie Avenue location to have our company van cleaned. Multiple employees sitting around talking, and no other vehicles on premise....could not accommodate my request for cleaning because I stopped by instead of calling ahead.( They did not answer the telephone when I called.) Did not make the effort to offer an appointment. We have five vehicles and not one of them will ever be cleaned at this facility. This is the second time this has happened here.

Outside done pretty well. Inside looks like they didn't even try. Having to go back home and clean my car after leaving a 13 dollar tip on a 25 dollar "wash." I guess I should of inspected my car before I left. I would recommend anywhere but here. Friendly cats, terrible service.

The crew at Exquisite will treat your ride as if it were their own, and have it looking great in a reasonable amount of time. If you appreciate the quality only a hand wash can provide, and don't mind taking a little bit longer than one of those spinning brushes of automotive finish death machines, than head over to Exquisite today! Life's too short to cruise around is dirty ride.
