First of all the people are great. Super friendly. I was able to walk in and talk to someone right away. A few things that concerned me:
1. They were not able to find the cruise that my 11 year old daughter found on-line, until I called them back with the details.
2. They recommended insurance, which I bought. I later realized I was not positive WHAT insurance I bought. I called for clarification and was told:
a. I can't tell you because of of manager policy (who is the manager)
b. A phone number to call that was the wrong number
c. Spoke to the manager Lynn, was informed they couldn't give me that information. When asked why she recommended a product she couldn't describe I was told "you can be as rude as you want"
d. Called back to get the right number
e. Found out I had purchased broad coverage insurance
Know what you're selling. Be an EXPERT on what you're selling. In the age where anyone can go online and use any number of tools to build their trip, if you're not offering exceptionality, what are you offering?

Be careful, they bought VRBO and they have punitive cancelation policies. I will never book through Expedia or any affiliate they own. I suggest you do the same.

Never again! Do yourself a favor and go to another travel agency or book it yourself.Our group of 4 just received our flight itinerary and we're on separate airlines leaving at different times for our departure!Coming back we are together but leaving Seattle at midnight! (Ship docks 6am) What do we supposed to do 12-14 hours at the Seattle airport? Arriving back in Chattanooga at noon the next day...a work day for 2 of us.I've checked myself, and there are plenty of flights at different times from Chattanooga to Seattle.Lynn and Cindy both say we were told this and there's nothing they can do. It's funny, but neither of the four of us recall that conversation.BEWARE... they will take their commission and you are on your own.

I worked with Melissa on a recent cruise my husband and took. She was very helpful & experienced with cruising. She did all she could to make our cruise with Royal Caribbean very enjoyable. Would use her again when we go on another cruise.

The worst customer service and so many excuses for not making a simple call back not sure anyone can trust the customer service if a phone call is Late, Rude, and Disrespectful...such a disrespectful old nag named Lynn Hoelum lied about addresses to businesses could be a scam Don't let these incompetent wits ruin your vacation, wholeheartedly these people are unfit to engage customers... Karma!!!

*****BUYER BEWARE***** Booked a Alaska Cruise with Cindy, My 75 yr old mother is traveling with us. Before we purchased we specifically ask her that our Air Travel plans be together and not at midnight. She told us The airline would call us before the trip to book our flights. No call, so we called Cindy, she assured us they would call. No call, but a email with our travel Itinerary with my mother who needs assistance traveling ALL BY HERSELF ACROSS THE COUNTRY. After numerous calls to Cindy & a stop by her office her response was "I am sorry, I don't recall that conversation& there is nothing I can do" I am Sure she recalled the commission she had deposited from a $9k trip! If this was not a dream trip for my mother I would have disputed the charges. IF you book thru this lady make sure you record the phone conversation because she seems to "not recall" anything you discuss but the price! My advice is Book Yourself & save the stress & headache!! Oh, we were not told this was a promotional trip & our flight will take us 24 hours NOT something you need to do with a 75 year old lady that needs assistance!! If I could give this a -5 star I would

Lynn and her staff were amazingly helpful from planning our trip to returning home from our trip. Lynn booked our honeymoon to Costa Rica; we could not have done that on our own….flight, transportation to resort, resort, beach ceremony, and excursions. Lynn even text me on travel day to check that all things were on par! She thought of little details that made our trip more enjoyable. We highly recommend this awesome team!

JOKE!!!! the lady at the very 1st desk to the left ( just in case they move her she short blond and black hair) I booked a cruise with her on a Wednesday 11/10/2021 at 1400 hrs where me and my girlfriend were going to the Bahamas on a 4 day cruise SHE STATED "YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE THE COVID-19 VACCINE" where I told her perfect because my GF (girlfriend) is not a fan of the vaccine at all I come back on the 15th where I Came back earlier than expected I told her yes I will put my deposit down plus some so I put $450 down on the cruise after she said the payment was excepted she said oh yeah you now I have to be vaccinated and I asked her why didn't you state that prior to me making the payment and she said "oh I forgot" ..... yes I am absolutely frustrated so I told her to cancel the trip where she said that it will take 7 to 10 days to get my refund then I decided to call Royal Caribbean because my gut feeling told me to and they told me it will take up to 30 to 45 business days to receive my $450 back and the gentleman also stated sir honestly she just got her commission and you were f******** If there's anyway possible anyone at this establishment can please Call me it is the same name on the reservation I will be sending an email every single day until that lady is either fired or there are some type of consequences behind it because we did have a conversation prior to stating my girlfriend will not be getting the vaccination and nothing clicked in her head if she is handling your money don't do it
