I can’t say enough about Estes and their customer service. The terminal Manger Steve went above and beyond to get my freight delivered. The entire Estes team does a professional job and are there when you need help. I can’t say enough about them and their customer service.

Scheduled and confirmed pickup date THREE times. Once over the phone speaking with a rep who assured me they would come. No call no show. Wasted a whole day waiting for nothing.

Freight Quote is a necessity .... I had one $853 and the organizer did not put it on BOL and I was told $6000 was my bill. Now it got straightened out and I learned a lot about LTL fright on that first ever LTL shipment of mine .... Also learned that it's apparent that the Maffia is still alive and well lolAnyhow ..... It was a challenge but we got through it

Every time I pick up a load of Furnaces, Estes employees are very nice. When I was binding my load, one of their drivers was passing by, I said to him that I would move out of their way. He replied, we need you here and you're not in our way. Best experience yet.

ESTES express suck big time..somehow they have lost my pool BUT I have been charged for it on my credit card...Talk to at least 10 different people from Estes. They have paperwork and I have a pdf file copy that says they have the pool and shipped it to Indianapolis but can't find the pool. This was 8 days ago. All I get to talk to is answering service. When I got frustrated and asked to talk to a supervisor I was given a number to call. When you call the number, it rings and then hangs up. What is happening to this world? EVERYTHING has to be e-mailed...can't seem to talk to anyone in charge.GRRRRRRR! Yesterday I received a automated call from 1-877-714-7504 saying that they would make my delivery today between 9 and 1....after one I started calling the number...was on hold for over 30 minutes..never talked to anyone. Finally I called the Tennessee number and talked to the one girl named Alesha that is the ONLY person who even answered a question. I was told that no I was not getting my delivery...they asked for the number that called me. They think I am stupid or something...why would I wait half the day here for nothing. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!
