Great people and excellent service. I had my iPhone 13 screen replaced. Took only 30 min. Works great and the cost was very reasonable.
They also had a great case in stock and they installed a new screen protector.
They also had some fun 3D printed Halloween toys which I loved ?☠️

I had a great experience at Cell Surgeon in Hixson, TN. After my phone sustained significant water damage, the guys at Cell Surgeon helped get the data transferred to my new phone. The turnaround was very quick (just 2 business days!), which was important as I had a deadline to send the damaged phone in to the insurance company. The pricing was also about 20% less than another shop nearby. I would definitely recommend Cell Surgeon to anybody needing cell phone or tablet repair!

Great service, I dropped and broke my phone at Publix, drove directly to cell surgeon. Arrived three minutes before they closed and Ryan helped me out even though helping me would force him to work late. Bravo Cell Surgeon Bravo

My Fiance says that the staff here are very nice and they do a very good job. She would recommend this place to anybody who has a cracked screen or any other phone issue. After all, she has been there countless times, and they are always very patient with her and very understanding. There’s no place she trusts more than here. So this place is well deserving of a five star rating but she would give it a 10 star rating if she could.

I found "Cell Surgeons" in Hixson through a friend's recommendation. My old Galaxy7 Samsung cell phone had a dead battery and wouldn't keep a charge. They put in a battery, but the next day, the phone still wouldn't keep a charge. Long story short, I wound up having to buy a new phone. Cell Surgeon transfered all my old data from the old phone to the new phone-without further cost to me. CELL SURGEON is a great,locally-owned company; Reliable and Honest. Also extremely reasonable!! I will use them in the future if I have phone issues. The owner,Adam and all his employees were courteous and professional.Next to Subway on 153.

These guys are the best in the local Chattanooga area. I came in with a broken phone and they hooked me up with several options for repair. It was timely, and very professional. Highly recommend.

I had a broken screen that needed to be replaced on my iPhone. I took it in and they fixed it in an hour, an hour after they fixed it I had more issues with it not responding. They told me it was normal and should resolve on its own. Fast forward to 4 more visits in 2 weeks and problem still persist and is worse. I have gave up on cell surgeon. the owner was very egotistical and short with his answers which made me feel like A.he doesn’t know what he’s talking about and B. He just doesn’t care at all. I still have a broke screen after 5 visits and $100s of dollars spent. DO NOT go to Cell Surgeon.

The owner took extremely good care of my device and had patience and understanding when the screen replacement didn't solve all the phones issues. They really provide great service and value, really care about the customer experience.
