Thanks to Bruce and Richmond, for getting me into their custom made shirts and suits. I wouldn't get dress shirts anywhere else again. They keep my measurements and preferences on file, so now I just go in, pick a fabric, and it's ordered! I highly recommend going to custom dress shirts and suits; the first time can seem daunting, but it is really just a few preferences and Bruce walks you through them all. I'm not sure if I like the custom fitting or custom design better though. I was so tired of the compromise of off the rack fitting based on just your neck size. Then there was the limits of what style and colors stores have in stock in what size, and different brands fitting differently. So glad I don't have to do that anymore. Get your shirts custom made by Bruce and you'll be glad you did!

couldn't deliver a pair of Alden shoes and a custom sport coat. had to cancel order 3 months ago. still haven't refunded our $ and probably won't. makes me sad. I've done a lot of business with them over the years...

Absolutely the best place to get a quality suit. They don't offer cheap one-time use priced suits and they don't have the insanely expensive top name brand designer suits either; what they do have is great suits for professionals and formal attire worth keeping for the next big event. The shop is small by department store standards, so they don't have everything in stock at all times, but they are more than happy to order something for you. I really love their custom shirt service; instead of being limited by what's on the shelf, why not pick the fabric from a HUGE selection of colors, patterns, and textures, then pick all the design features you want and have it tailor made to fit you. The options are nearly limitless! I have 4 of their custom shirts now, and while they were a fair bit more expensive than off the rack, I also chose super premium fabrics that look really great and are worth every penny. They also do custom made suits, but I haven't tried those since I've never needed a new suit and them not have anything I liked. They also have lots of accessories for your suit or tux from ties and cuff links to socks and shoes! You could walk in naked (although I don't recommend it) and walk out looking like a million bucks! They also have a corner of the shop with casual clothes too, but I haven't spent much time over there.

Bruce and his team do such great work! He listens to your needs and provides some excellent options. I bought a very nice suit from them and it came back looking perfect. I feel amazing wearing one of their suits. True class and professionalism.

This is by far the best place to buy men's clothes a hundred miles in any direction. You will find nothing short of the highest quality here and the variety is overwhelming. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Definitely a place you'll want to visit if you're in the market for a suit. They offer great made-to-measure services through Southwick, Hickey Freeman, and Oxxford Clothes. I ordered my first MTM suit here with no regrets at all.
