Best daycare in the Chattanooga Area!
I have worked in childcare when I was younger and I have seen what standard are and are not when it comes to the safety, happiness and growth of children. The front office staff is some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They have displayed that they rise above the rest in comparison to the other 5 I toured. I love my child if going here and have had peace of mind at all times.

My baby girl has been here for a month now and I have been extremely pleased. The communication is amazing and everyone showers my daughter with love while she is there. Ms. Beth and Ms. Holly in the Sweet Pea class are great. At this moment I am very happy with our decision and I would highly recommend.

My son has been here since he was 2 months old. We absolutely love it here. The director and staff are always very helpful and pleasant. My child enjoys being here and we feel safe while he is in their care. The app updates throughout the day keep me at ease knowing when he eats and naps. I can always communicate with the staff if I need without ever making a call. It makes my day easier not worrying about what he's doing and if he needs anything. The weekly newsIetters help me stay informed on the food menus and events going on that week. They do a great amount of activities with the kids to keep them engaged to learn and have fun. I would highly recommend this daycare. We absolutely love it here!

I worked here for maybe 2 weeks. On one of those days, i was in the classroom by myself with 8+ kids for a few hours before i had to call the director to bring someone in to help me. The girl that was helping me was NEW and her daughter was spanked by another teacher right next door and we BOTH saw it. We quit that same day. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your children here.

Both of our kids were at this school and they loved it. The staff is very friendly and Tama does a great job of taking care of day to day activities at the center. Our decision to take the kids out had nothing to do with the daycare and if we had to put them back in somewhere, this would be our first choice.

Tama and the ladies at Best Beginnings are incredible. They have been very communicative and friendly. You cannot go wrong by putting your little one at Best Beginnings!

Shemethia and Tama are great. All of the direct care staff (teachers/attendants) are friendly and have made not only me but my children feel comfortable when there. I appreciate all the activities that they have the kids do... We are constantly getting artwork made. Two or more children get a small discount, not much but it's something. The hours are great since I'm a nurse and they open early enough to bring them before work. Each season, the kids have a photographer who does really nice professional pictures done there. They also let families borrow books that they read in the classroom during the day.

Best Beginnings is owned and tightly operated by a family with 30 continuous years of experience in early childhood education in Chattanooga. To me, that fact alone speaks volumes. The directors of all three locations (Hixson, Chattanooga, and Collegedale) are caring and capable, as are the teachers. The facilities are large (the Collegedale location is some 12,000 square feet) and decorated to engage the imaginations of young children. Each classroom is a different theme based on a USA region or a foreign country. Really neat! Best Beginnings has a strong, age-appropriate curriculum for each child. Someone who used to work in childcare licensing told me that Best Beginnings was the model childcare in Chattanooga and that she thought highly of the program.

Best Beginnings is amazing! I was terrified to leave my son for the first time as a baby, they made me feel so comfortable! My so is thriving and learning so much! I would NEVER trust him in the care of anyone else!
