I called Battery Sales and Service one morning to get a USED battery and I go there 5 minutes later since it’s close to my home and I walk out with a brand new battery that was put in by one of the men there (maybe the owner or manager). They don’t even offer the service to put in new battery but he was soooo nice and did it in no time. He even Offered water and made me feel like I had no more worries! This place and the people are amazing here and I definitely recommend going there for your battery needs! He was polite and told me other things I need to check out on my car, very informative! If I could rate 10 stars I would! I couldn’t thank him enough!

These people went above and beyond to provide good service! I had to drop a friend off at Erlanger Hospital for surgery and decided to wait in the parking deck until it was over. In the meantime, my car battery went dead. These kind people brought a battery TO ME and installed it while in the parking deck. It was 27 degrees outside and I was freezing and was going to be stranded with a surgical patient. They saved us both! Can’t thank these lifesavers enough!!

I was more than please with this company. Very nice and went out of their way to help me get my battery. Best prices I've found, I saved $40 at least on a new battery. I highly recommend Battery Sales and Service. Excellent place of business.

Well I was going to go to Christian brothers or pep boys for my car battery problem because I wasn’t sure why my car kept needing to be jumped. It could have been alternator or electrical short. But I figured I would take it to someone that knew batteries. They were able to work on it right away. Knew what I should get good price. The battery in my car was located in the back of the engine on a Ford Escape. Well they took it apart and got it out and it had leaked and badly

I'd called before hand to check out the price and availability of a battery for my Hyundai and not only was Mr walker very kind he also had a battery I was able to afford under $100 with a 5 year warranty. Thank you so much for the great service !
