Long time customer! Branch Manager Meghan Hibbs is very rude & not good with people! I will be closing all accounts out & employees if she isn’t relocated or let go! I know I’m not the first. She intentionally wanted be to blow up but wouldn’t give her the satisfaction

I opened a bank account a few days ago, Mr. Mike was very enthusiastic and explained clearly to me all the necessary information. He also used translation software to make sure I understood because I'm not good at English. I'm very grateful for that, thanks so much!

Closed early with no signage or warning. I was unable to complete a time sensitive deposit. One older gentleman who was there was kind enough to apologize, but I won't be returning to this location in future.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. Tried to go in with questions about a savings bond. All three employees had no idea how to handle the bond. The two female employees were very rude and made me feel like I didn’t belong there. I believe one of them was named Hilary. I tried to ask them questions about where to go/who to talk to and one of the women told me that I can “google that information”. This is main reason I closed my first account with them and will NEVER recommend using them to anyone in the future. Completely unprofessional.

Went to this bank. Customer of mine wrote me a check to do some work for him. The bank would not cash it at all. Went back to customer check is just fine bank will not cash check told me to go to my own bank. It’s probably why this bank is only got a three star rating Call the main corporate office very very rude people acting like I was some kind of criminal that it was not a good check. Customer called the bank still would not cash the check.Would not refer anybody to this bank or have any other dealings with this bank or take a check that has to do with Bank of America

I think the poor reviews were either under different management or are from awhile ago. I have been to this branch twice for different needs and have been graciously welcomed in both times. It does get busy but they move through the line quickly. The relationship manager Katherine Martinez is wonderful, detailed and very professional. The tellers at the counter are very nice and welcoming as well. Cannot recommend this branch enough!

Katherine Martinez was amazing and she not only assisted me with what I needed for my initial visit but she went above and beyond, weeks later, communicating with me in regards to an additional circumstance I needed resolved with Bank of America. People like her is what keeps business running and she was beyond willing for my needs. She even offered additional help for questions and concerns in the future. Thank you for going above and beyond for me Katherine.

Horrible service from there new branch manager & tellers! Couldn’t set me up on quickbooks or direct pay for my business! Rude & in professional employees @ this branch! I always have a six figure balance and be treated like this is unacceptable! They should fire all of them especially the manager

Nine times out of ten this branch is closed for no apparent reason. I can not count the number of times that I have driven to this bank to do business and there is a sign posted on the door saying that "due to circumstances beyond our control, we are closed today." This is a branch in the heart of downtown and located in a major financial center building, you would think that it would be open due to its location. I understood staffing issues were real during COVID and unforeseen closures do happen, but last time I was able to go to this bank and comment on the frequent closures, they assured me that it would never happen again and that they had systems in place. I am very frustrated and honestly surprised that at the end of 2021, they do not have better protocols and systems in place to stay open. This bank sucks.

I had an auto payment set up to pay $50 a month on my balance. When my balance was $.12 they still deducted $50 from my bank account which left me with a negative balance of-$48.88. I complained 3 WEEKS AGO! Still waiting for my money. I’m 64, done a lot of business with many banks. This one is the worst by far.
