I opened a bank account a few days ago, Mr. Mike was very enthusiastic and explained clearly to me all the necessary information. He also used translation software to make sure I understood because I'm not good at English. I'm very grateful for that, thanks so much!

Closed early with no signage or warning. I was unable to complete a time sensitive deposit. One older gentleman who was there was kind enough to apologize, but I won't be returning to this location in future.

I am not sure why this branch has poor reviews. They have always been great to work with. Yesterday, Stacie and Katherine were awesome! Super friendly and quick.
