I answered your last survey with the horrible, time consuming and rude service I received from the driver. I had to call repeatedly to finally get him to deliver our propane, each time requiring a lengthy verification process that is completely unnecessary and a time waster. The response I received didn't make any sense nor address the issues I had with AmeriGas. AND we were overcharged by over $300!! Please send a check for the credit we have with you as I will never do business with AmeriGas, ever.

The first tank that I bought was from 1996 , I turned it in for another one and it doesn’t work. Don’t give your money to this company. This tank is from 2011 . I bought my grill this year and the 1996 tank worked but the newer one didn’t. They are supposed to be stamped after 12 years of they are still safe to use . Be careful they aren’t just providing a bad service but putting you and you’re family in danger.

We have been customers of Amerigas for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with them until this year. You cannot contact a local office or rep. Our delivery has been scheduled and canceled by them twice because according to the driver the gate was locked. Our house does not have a locked gate. Our neighborhood is gated but there is an automated access point at the entry and you just have to select our name and it will call us to allow entry. We NEVER got a call. When I call to report the problem I get a call center person who just puts in another order. And the same thing happens again. If you want me to buy your gas then you should have a better delivery process and customer service. Since this is the first year this has happened we are giving them another chance. But patience is wearing thin.

I called to fill my tank. Being a widow I only could get a 100 gallon at this time. They came within 3 days. With the weather that turned very cold I'm glad because if the power goes out this is my only heat. I do use my fire place every evening to knock the chill out before going to bed. Thank you AmeriGas you are the best

Very poor service advisor and constantly late for delivery. I got phone call after phone call about delivery being made the next day. After 2 weeks of the same old phone call I gave up and switch gas supplier. Never again will I give my business to AmeriGas.

It’s always a hassle to get my gas. I order it then a week to two weeks later I get a message saying they couldn’t locate me or that my grounds was to wet to deliver when they didn’t even come out. I always end up having to call for them to tell me I don’t have an order as if I didn’t order my gas 2 weeks ago. It’s awful! After years of being with them I’m finally done dealing with them and currently looking for another provider! Would never recommend AmeriGas to anyone!

Everyone from the CSR to the delivery driver were fantastic. They were all very polite and helpful. The driver came out after one of the biggest snows that our area had had in about 30 years. It was extremely cold so the snow and ice lingered. I didn't expect to receive a delivery in all of that! I regret that I don't remember his name but he absolutely deserves 5 stars!

Numerous telephone calls, unable to understand the people at the call center, delays in service, finally changed the account to my name but did not add my son,no apologies for not fixing the leak earlier and losing a tank of gas, unable to provide an address for correspondence to address the issues.

My mom is elderly had about 25% when called and gas level got low. Called multiple times to see if could get out before day 10 well guess what she got on day 10. At that point was very low. Out sourcing your stuff horrible decision. Everyone had said to not use you and they are correct.

Do not like not having a local office for issues/concerns. Was charged twice for last delivery and had to be not nice to receive cancelation on erroneous charge, also making it further complicated by language barriersConsidering changing to a local company with local service. Very dissatisfied since closing local office!!

Horrible..charge 3 times as much as everybodyy else..rude to deal with ....DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!°..THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!° they tell you one price then charge alot MORE!!.everyone that has used them before says same problem.
