I love Kirklands at the Pinnacle! The staff are all fabulous and very helpful. They have great discounts and such beautiful decor. I feel so welcomed each time I stop by!

Went in for an artwork sale and came out with several pieces. Beyond the great price were the amazing staff. Manager and assistant were working their butts off, super friendly and helpful and patient with out indecision. Very much appreciate their friendliness and help.

Omg! Went in today and had the employees all over us! Following us around. Wouldn't leave us alone! Kept telling us about the great deals they're having..right after handing us a flyer telling us of all the deals! "You doing good"? "Finding everything ok"? It's such a gorgeous day out..a beautiful day to shop for your home" "I saw you pointing and figured I'd come running over to see if I could maybe help you decide on something did you want that table"? What????? UGH!! It was so pushy and annoying we ended up just leaving! Won't be going in there again!

The manager Amber was amazingly helpful and kind. She assisted us in several decor ideas that we loved. Her enthusiasm for their products was contagious. I think I'm today's world it's refreshing to see a young person happy to work and live what they are doing! She made our experience 5 star!
