Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I am giving one star due to the outrageous pricing. I've used this company for many years now but unfortunately will not be returning due to the cost of filing with them.

The First Lady who worked with me was very nice and understanding. I greatly appreciated her but when I got switched to another lady, she was awful. Was not clear when we were talking about my tax payments and everything. I will not be doing business here ever again.

First time going through the process and couldn't be happier. My fiancè referred me and had nothing but positive to say. I was very satisfied with the whole experience, and Mrs. Miller made sure I knew everything about the process! Wish there were more places of business that has the welcoming vibe, the eagerness to make sure when you leave you are happy!

We walked in without a appointment and told it would be about 30 minutes. Mrs Maiden was our preparer and she was friendly and very helpful. She gave us tips to help for next year. We was in and out in around 30 minutes. The price to have our taxes done was a little pricey but it saved me the stress from doing them myself and possibly doing something wrong.

They were nice enough but it took over two hours to file, our taxes weren't that complicated. And I was wishing they were transparent about the prices. It cost over $500 to file. They advertise starting at $80 but are not up front about how much the additional fees are. They should probably ask people as they go if we would like them to continue for added costs. To me, $500 is astronomical for someone to file simple taxes. Especially if they don't warn you that what they are doing is adding to the cost. Won't be back.
