I so appreciate that this location has their ATM inside the bank right next to the tellers. It feels safer for some reason for me, as opposed to it being in the in between area where it's more secluded. Nice staff. Easy parking. No issues here!

The worst bank you can go to. Worst customer service. They can never help you. Forget about walking in. You have to make appointments. It takes a long time for them to do anything for you. I finally closed all my accounts even though I had my accounts since 1993. They told me I would have to take my money out and close my accounts by Calling the 800 number. Unbelievable that the people in the branch can't do anything.

Bank of America at this address does not honor it's account holder's checks issued to their customers, even with valid state ID. Mrs. McCormick misrepresented the bank's obligation to cash their customers checks, until I reminded her that Chubb probably had enough funds in their account to honor the draft. Right before I left she said I would have to wait 7 to 10 days to ensure that the funds were available to pay me. She only did this after I pointed out that finding Chubb's customer service phone number represented no arduous task.

I went into this branch on a Saturday for an urgent need of some statements and Melissa was absolutely amazing. She couldn't provide me with exactly what I needed but was customer obsessed and created a work around to get me everything being requested. Earlier in the week I spoke to 3 different BOA representatives on the phone who all told me no on the statements I needed. Melissa was quick thinking, quick to serve and she delivered!

I have used B of A in several major cities across the country and always been so happy. All of their branches in this area are wonderful except for this one. Takes about two seconds to realize it's totally mismanaged.

I set a half hour appointment for 11am. Arrived at 11:11 due to construction. They turned me away saying I was now impeding on the staff's 11:30am scheduled appointments.

Went to deposit a check. Drive through window wasn't open. Only automated teller was working, and since I did not have a bank card, there was no way for me to deposit the check. This branch never has good service, but how about NO SERVICE?

I came in during my lunch break to get a cashiers check. There was a long line and 1 person working the counter with several people behind the counter looking busy. I waited 40 minutes to find out there was a $15 fee for cashiers checks. I don't have a checkbook because I do all my banking online and need a check every few years on occasion. I've never been charged for a check before so I was really disappointed to find out there would be a $15 fee. I wish the teller would have waived it considering the long wait and the fact that I only need a check every few years.

Just had the worst experience! I went to get a paper notarized and there was a woman walking up so I asked her where would I go for notary services and she advised she was the only one who was a notary. She said she was going to lunch but stood and talked with me for an additional 3 mins then proceeded to tell me there was a ups down the street. So in my head I'm thinking she is telling me these other locations and how the other notaries won't be on until this week but she also said I could look at the schedule to see when she could see me so I said in my head I'm taking all my money out of my personal and business accounts and closing them. So I said does it take long to notarize she said no only a second so I asked could she please do it for me beicse I had to be somewhere within 30 mins and she said no she was off the clock. So a question. I have is are people driven by time or do they really not helping people? I should look at their BOA code of ethics. Just lost a long time customer.

Never any one here to help. Six people in line to work with two tellers. Two associates in offices working and don't budge to help ppl waiting for help thy doesn't have to deal with a teller. I've experienced fraud on my acct twice and I can't do anything online or on the phone. Obviously can't get anything done at this location either. They tell you to visit a branch to resolve issues and NO ONE EVER RESOLVES ISSUES AT THIS LOCATION.

Drive up ATM is almost never maintained. How hard is it to keep an ATM working, seriously? Their hours are unreasonable and they spent more money on their fancy renovation than they do helping their customers. Figure it out!

The customer service is very slow both inside and outside. More tellers are needed! I just went through the line outside, I was third in line and had to wait for 19 minutes.

Service is awful. One teller working both walk ins and drive through. Ten people in line mid afternoon on a Tuesday. No urgency.

This is by far the slowest bank I've been to. There were only 2 tellers at 3pm which doesn't make sense to me being that people start getting off work at 3 and need to come to the bank and handle their business. 30 minutes just to cash a check...ridiculous!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the employees are very polite and try their best. If they had more tellers then the 2 that were there wouldn't have to work as hard and wouldn't be apologizing for the long wait.
