I would not recommending buying any products or services here, especially if you have an issue and need support after the fact. They don't practice what they preach. We purchased over $20K of product for a backyard kitchen and had nothing but headaches to get one of the products repaired. We had a DOA product and even after months of fighting with them to get a resolution, they were of no help. We finally called the manufacturer who was great and sent out a tech.... who in the end agreed that we had a bad unit and the manufacturer, not Embers, ended up replacing it. And during this entire episode, roughly 7 months, Embers had the audacity to ask for final payment. We held payment until it was resolved. Do not purchase from Embers. There are better places out there.

I did a lot of research on different ways to build an outdoor kitchen. This was the easiest and cheapest way but was also the highest quality. Their products are second to none and the project was completed within just days rather than weeks.

When I saw their video about how long it took to build each section, I was skeptical, but it really was very quick and easy to build the sections. My installer even said he was surprised at how level I was able to get the cabinets.

We worked with Scott to design our outdoor kitchen & purchased all top quality items in excess of $17,000. Just a few months later, and after just a very few uses of our Alfrisco grill, the ignition stopped working and upon inspection I discovered that the battery compartment & controls were fried from heat. I took a video and met with Scott to report the issue. A few days later I received an email stating that the issue had to occur due to either me leaving the grill on (overheating), or because of wind conditions. AND that any repairs would not be covered by warranty + I’d need to purchase a $300 wind shield (I was also told that it is my responsibility to inform them that the wind does blow at times), as apparently the overpriced device cannot operate properly if there is wind. I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you take your business elsewhere.

Update 5/2/2023: We agreed to let the owner to rectify the situation. As promised, the doors were correct and delivered / installed within a reasonable amount of time. They look great.Original Review: We waited 8 months for our fireplace screen. They incorrectly ordered/received the wrong product twice. One was an entirely wrong product and one was measured wrong. We finally cancelled the other. They were less than apologetic and could not care any less.
