Very poor customer service. Would not help in a situation that my business needed assistance with and there was an easy solution but e-card systems does not care about small businesses or forcing us to lose money on products that we cannot use.If you have square processing you must use ecard systems for your gift cards, which is very frustrating and overpriced!Do not use square if you can. They force you to overpay and use their partnered services like ecard systems which also overcharges and does not provide adequate customer support.

I ordered gift cards over a month ago and keep getting responses such as I will watch it or will let my manager know worst customer service!!! As a small business owner this is very impactful to our business.

terrible. Really bad service. The advertising is misleading and incorrect - it's bait and switch. Advertises one price, has you create the whole order and artwork (which costs in-shop time and money) then jacks up the price 200%+

Gift cards are designed edge to edge. I uploaded a photo and assumed it would be. The system should say overstretch it or select a new image. I called for customer support and was told that was the proof. I explained my point how either the system needs to account for it or ask to select a different image and it did not or a customer representative needs to reach out. I will be filling a charge back on this transaction with my credit card company. A lesson they need to learn is customer satisfaction matters most. The reality is the charge back will likely go through and the review itself can cause more damage than themJust fixing the issue. I’ll update this review and the outcome of the credit card chargeback.Company said they would fix the matter and send new cards. The company never fixed or sent new cards. This is a clear example of a company who fails to deliver on its promise or customer satisfaction. A small business loss on reproduction which probably cost 50x more in damages from the review itself as the review had almost 200 views I believe. Hopefully they learn their lesson.Update. The company still has not responded or done anything to rectify the situation. My next step is to dispute the charge with my credit card and based on the empty promise it’s a guaranteed win. Lesson of the story e-card always do what you say and do what’s right as of now what will happen you will be forcefully refunding me and stuck with a bad review that could of easily been take care of. Customer is always right.02/14/2023 This poor excuse of a company still has not reimbursed me or created new cards as promised. What a disgrace!
