My husband got into a wreck with our one car that didn’t have a blinking “check engine” light on last night the day before a huge family trip. Needless to say, I was incredibly stressed and overwhelmed at the prospect of renting a car. Debbie was so kind from the moment I stepped up to the counter, and made the process as seamless as possible. She even upgraded me to a minivan when I asked about space for two car seats. She was exactly who I needed on this stressful day and provided exceptional customer service. If I need to rent another car, Hertz will be where I first check in with.

If I could rate you a zero I would the employee at hetz Tri city airport in Bluntville are rude and very unprofessional more than likely you don’t have to have a high school diploma to work there!! Will never rent from them again. And they do not know how to mark the damages on their vehicles I shouldn’t have to do their job for them..

MUCH BETTER THAN ENTERPRISE. THE ONLY THING TO NOTE IS I GOT THERE AT SHIFT CHANGE AND THERE WASNT TIME FOR A PROPER HAND-OFF BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT ASSISTED ME WAS TOP NOTCH, BUT THE LADY BEFORE HIM SEEMED TO LEAVE HIM A MESS AND PRE-BOOKED FOLKS IN VEHICLES THAT HADNT EVEN SHOWN UP YET.

Great experience except I was told my rental was in slot 10 but my paperwork said #7. When I got outside the car was in neither site. It took about 10 minutes to find veh and it was in slot #18

My car unexpectedly died and needed a week in the shop. Of all the rental kiosks, Hertz had no line, took care of me immediately, had a vehicle ready within minutes and got me back on the road. Another company laughed me out of their business, but Hertz was great.
