I picked a case of beer up out of my buggy at their door and the whole box busted resulting in every one of the beers busting, I politely went back in and asked if there was anything that could be done and Whitney the manager at the Blountville,TN store said they couldn’t do anything after I purchased it. The box literally busted before I could get out of the store and I got told I was on my own. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Love using my gas visits for gas ⛽ purchases at Food City cause I get 15 cents off per gallon, and every Wednesday is the best, because u get 30 cents off per gallon!!! Needless to say, Wednesdays r a bit hectic at this particular Blountville location cause everyone is trying to cash in their gas points to receive double the discount (30 cents off per gallon) all at the same time lol ??.

I went there Sunday to get my groceries and ad a coupon gave to cashier before he started scanning my groceries at the end I was running my card ask him if he used my coupon he said you can use next time and he walked off I ask bagger if I could see the mgr snd she said Ben was the mgr also said everyone makes mistakes I said we all do but we fix them she said no so I will never shop there again I will go to jc or Walmart Food City will never get my business again
