This has been the best experience I have ever had with Verizon! Darnell was amazing! Very much a people person and makes sure everything is ready and working before you leave the store! He helps you on a personal level! I will definitely make the trip to this Verizon location just because of him! Thanks Darnell!!

I had received a call from the local Verizon store, which I didn't realize was so close. I needed another cell phone charging cable for the car.I went into the store and ended up discussing an upgrade with the Verizon consultant. The consultant was very knowledgeableand friendly.

We have been working with Darnell while choosing a new phone. He has been fantastic! He gave us all the information we needed to make the right decisions on phones and on plans. Abbi was in the store with him today as well. They made the whole transition go smoother than it has ever gone before. It has been a true delight working with such nice and efficient professionals.
