If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Went in for a fitting, chose the mask but she didn’t fit it to me, sent me home without the additional sizes, the mask is too large to work. Called her back immediately and she said, no problem, she would mail out the correct mask. Two weeks later, nothing arrives, so I call back and they said, “well I know we’re waiting on some more to come in, we will mail it when they come in” no idea when one will be available. Very poor service and will be doing all further purchases or service with another vendor. Very disappointing.

Lincare is always on time with my oxygen what I need they'll bring it so I have no problem with there service i think they are a good company ?

Can't even get my oxygen supplies calling my doctor today to go to another company these people just eat up your insurance that's all they do and say they ordered the your supplies and it sent all lies

?Lincare has been very good to me over many years. I think I’ve had my c-paps with Lincare for over 20 years now. They have always been on the spot when I needed supplies or help of any kind. ?
? I am sorry to be leaving Lincare of Bartlett, I pray Lincare in my new home in Iowa will be somewhere close as good. ?

Thank you, Ashley, for your amazing co-operation and help. I had left home for a 12 day trip and taken my travel CPAP machine and tubing with me. I had recently bought a new home ResMed machine and mask, but took only my new mask with me. On the first night I discovered that the short connector hose clip in my travel hose did not fit my new mask, so I had to spend an uncomfortable night without CPAP. The next day I called ResMed, and looked everywhere online, but could not locate the tubing. My son at home also did some research for me and found this Lincare location that happened to be on my route from Nashville to Memphis. Ashley had taken the tube that I needed from a new ResMed mask in her stock and left it at the counter for me to pick up. I'm so grateful for her willingness to help, particularly as it left her with an incomplete mask set-up. Full marks to Ashley and Lincare, without which I would have spent another 11 uncomfortable nights.

I’ve dealt with Lincare in Bartlett for some years now and I love the helpfulness and respectful interaction my mom and I have had with Harold.
He not only consistently delivers my mom’s oxygen on time, but Harold is very patient, polite and professional. Kudos to him!!!

I not very sure of what to order. This last order was good and on time. Im really not sure what to order through you per my oxgen supplies because both Lin Care in Memphis and the pharmacy seem to be ordering different supplies... its not clear to me.. Thanks for asking

My drs office has been trying since Dec to get me a O2 carrier concentrator but when I call my insurance company to complain and they called Lincare we get a totally different answer. I've never known I'm supposed to be in a contract that is renewed every 3 years. I've never renewed a contract so how is it renewed? My insurance did not know of any contract that's what they told my dr office yesterday! I called the Bartlett Office today was on hold for 9 mins and hung up on! I was on hold for a manager names Ashley. I called Lincare back and asked for her and they took my name and number but she's yet to call me back!! It's ridiculous that my insurance isn't making me jump through hoops for the concentrator It's Lincare corporate policy!! I want of a copy of this so called contact!! I tried calling the number in the reply and was automatically put on hold and hung up on!!

They are very kind at the beginning. My dad got the wheelchair he needed, and they deducted 9.22 out of his checking account every month for quite a few months I called to see if he was finished paying and they said yes. Then for two months after they continued deducting money out of his checking account. They were going to do it again this month before I called them. My dad is 94 and if he didn’t have me to go over his things he would never known how to stop them from taking the money out of his account. Shame on you.
