I think the rates are high and didn't try very hard in reducing my plan. I had auto pay and driveline and never saw a deduction. Very nice people that work there but very high rates.

They have raised my insurance over $100 a month in 3 years with no accidents or claims. I'm paying over $250 a month for insurance on a 2021 Ram 1500 that is not even a everyday driver. That's also with me bundling my home owners insurance with them.

I have had exceptional service from Donna. I reached out almost a year ago for a quote and she provided a great breakdown of policies and coverages. I have since added home owners and overall and quite satisfied. One of the things that stands out the most is responsiveness and would recommend them to anyone.

I love my agent Brittany Baker she is very helpful and informative. She does answer the phone ,return calls and reply to emails.I would recommend her to anyone that needs insurance. She's the BEST,ALLSTATE PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE SHE DESERVES IT.

The Allstate insurance agency is a great company. They answered any questions I had. They were are easy to talk too. The app is great as well . It is easy to monuvor around the app and keep up with payments.

I initially switched to AllState because it was the cheapest option for the coverage I wanted. I only wanted to switch my home insurance but there was enough of a discount for bundling my auto to include switching my auto insurance as well, even the auto insurance was higher than my former insurer. However, on the renewal for my auto insurance (6 months) they raised my rates by over 10%. I didn't have time to shop around for other insurers at the time so I decided to just reduce my auto coverage to keep my insurer budget from rising.
However, when trying to adjust my coverage using their online portal I confirmed and submitted for a policy change but my change was rejected for unspecified reasons. This forced me to speak with a representative to manually make my policy updates with them. I found out through them that the changes were rejected because of my Umbrella policy with them required specific auto coverages. So I opted to cancel my Umbrella coverage so I could reduce my auto insurance to stay within my budget. After confirming certain changes over the phone just to get the process moving forward, I was then able to adjust online my auto policy online to reduce my rates, however choosing the same coverage I had selected before I ended up with a higher rate than my previous attempt which makes me think that either the Umbrella policy was giving auto discounts on scenarios that weren't acceptable, or during my conversations with them they manually applied something to my account to make the rates higher.
Overall I am very disgusted with my experience with AllState and the unreasonable rate increase after my first 6 months and I will be switching away from them by the time my home policy expires and I do not expect to ever go back to them.
