H&R Block has done my taxes for the past 6 years. I just upload the tax docs and they do the rest. I even sign online using an easy, secure e-signature. Very fast, very secure. The same person has done my taxes the past few years and she's great. Thank you Joan Latham!!

The Atoka office itself is wonderful, however, when calling the office you are directed to an operating center. I have been trying to confirm my appointment time for tomorrow since 2/15/22. I cannot get a local person at that office. I was told today I would get a call at 3:15pm. No one has called. The lady I spoke with today at the call center told me I did not have an appt scheduled although I have a confirmation text. I just need to know the time. She was never able to help me and assured me I would get a call back. Still no call. Very bad service for a client of over 18 years. Next year I will go somewhere else.
