Very respectful and highly skilled staff. Made my brothers final planning as painless as possible. Not a bunch of tacky or pushy sales tactics. They always choose amazing funeral directors. Took great care of my brother, grandfather, and children's grandmother over the last 10+ years. Nothing but good things to say about them. Can't ever thank them enough for what they've done for my family.

At the time of my wifes passing we had very few plans in place to handle this situation. I can't thank Mickey enough for getting the plan together, handling the filing of paperwork, going above and beyond trying to locate some missing items, and doing an excellent job of explaining options. Kathy from Aftercare was also very helpful in explaining what all I still needed to get done.

Boyd's was so good to my husband. The funeral director Mickey was so kind to our family during this time. She did an excellent job preparing my husband.

This is the worst funeral home ever. Someone from the father side of the family called called funeral home did not even take a name and name and they said that they wanted to delay and cancel the Viewing and the funeral. The funeral home agreed and told everyone that called it was canceled they did not check with the person who was actually paying for it, they took it upon themselves to selves to make sure that people who wanted to say goodbye could not say good bye and they didn't even bother to take a name of the caller or check with the mon of the deceased who was paying for everythingThey are lucky I did not find about about this Until 4 months later my boss called my sister and said they the funeral home was telling everybody It was cancelled when it was not when it was notThey never bothered to check with the family member that was actually paying for it all the services I am lucky my sister talked to my boss otherwise I would not have been able to say goodbye to my own sonDo not waste your money on this place worst experience ever

I recently lost my husband to cancer. It was a quick ending of his life at the hospital here in Nashville. I had a life insurance policy but other than that, I had no idea on how to prepare or how to take care of his funeral and final resting place. Rick was an absolute angel from heaven. He sat with my three daughters and myself and went over everything from the date of services and burial to the little papers you receive as you walk into the funeral. I always thought this process would bring many tears and stress. I know this was the easiest thing I had to do because of Rick and the staff there. I would recommend this funeral home to all. The most caring and knowledgeable people you can trust with your loved ones.

Boyd’s Funeral Home, and their manager Rick, were very professional and extremely helpful in arranging services for my father’s funeral. They guided us through everything and created a beautiful service. I would recommend them to anyone who may be needed such services.

The funeral home staff was amazing I had my mother Services there in 2017 and my uncle Services there 2019 and about two weeks ago I had my sister Services there all three times I did a phenomenal job I would definitely use them again

My father funeral service was held here. The friendly and kind staff was very helpful the minute we pulled into the parking lot. The building and property was cleaned nicely taken care of. They treated my family and friends with dignity and respect. Thank you.

We had our mother's service on the coldest day of January with snow everywhere and their staff made sure everything went perfect. They will help you through your darkest days and that's what's appreciated.

This is the worst place to have a family members services at! Not only were they rude to people and rushing family and friends when we get to the grave site it wasn't even set up! So this girl's mother,father,sisters,and her children had to sit on the side of the road waiting on someone to go get some wasp spray for a nest that they knew about the day before! An hour and fifteen minutes they sit..waiting. I've never seen anything like this before. I would not recommend this place at all.

Both mother and father has services there. Also many realatives as well. These people are the most wonderful to deal with and treat you like family.

Does not treat family with respect! I received an apology letter after the funeral! Should not judge people, or listen to 1 person! Not professional! Will never use, or refer.
