They take forever scheduled appointment still make you wait charge an arm and a Leg to unload to be rude take all your time Capstone doesn't receive its one guy with 200 thousand cases and problems every door so you will have to patiently wait they don't care about your time if you have ltl then if your late they will tell you to come back another day but will hold you for hours

You must know how poor is this company before enter there! If u come 2 hours earlier they told you move and wait on nearest Walmart , how stupid of a this, I’m came you company not Walmart. Interesting Walmart corporation knows they do business on them territory?♂️
This company make American trucking illegal. They give u appt, but don’t worry about your logbook time and your low around.
I’m not recommend make business with us-food cose it’s make u unlawful!
Next 15 trucks will wait before 2ladies security will draw question marks very slowly and sleepily on your paperwork next few hours waiting for door in love line whith other truckers . Let me know guys if I forgot something more stupid happened in this USFOOd location. Maybe manager walking around in pink and waiting salary?

Appointment 8am got here 7am. Now it's going on 12 haven't even touched my truck. Went inside to ask what's up. Blonde lady had a very bad attitude.Still waiting.Come here expect 5 to 7 hours to unload and rewrap and count. Takes multiple smoke breaks but has attitude when you ask after 5 hours what's going on.Going on 1pm now still not touched truck. Got done 2pm. 7 hours to unload. Goodluck anybody coming here.

Best one i been to yet "reefers park to the right unless you automatically got a door use doors 7-17 any door is fine if you dont have a door they'll tell you to wait until a door opens and door is fine fill out the info bring on in the paperwork with the keycard and you are good

Great delivery for me! Followed one reviews advice and arrived at 4:00 am for my 6:00 am appointment! Sent me back to door 34 and backed in, waited until 6:00 and walked up the ramp to Capstone receiving door got in with badge they give you and pulled out at 7:00. I did only have 5 pallets but this was quick! The two port a potties they had there today were big and clean, one was even wheelchair accessible! Great job guys!
