My explore had a bad battery. Matthew, the manager, was fantastic and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! An employee came in early to watch counter so he could install my new battery. It was even a battery that needed an extra tool to install due to computer systems, but he even had that tool on hand. This made it so I could avoid going to the dealership! We will be going to this O'Reilly store from now on. Thank you Matthew and the other gentleman for helping me out!

Ryan and his team were amazing to work with. We came from out of town and our windshield wipers were not working in snow and sleetwhen we finally got there a 4 hour drive, he had everything ready he installed them for us, he also helped us clean outour wiper gutter and all around took care of us. 10 stars what a great experience !
